The staff at the Laurel Collision center are awesome!!! They are very professional, kind and took great care of me and my car. I would like to give a special thank you to Angela!! I was very upset when I brought my car in and she eased my mind and helped me through the process. Customer service isn't what it used to be,but at Laurel Collision Center they will treat you like family!! THANK YOU :)

We have purchased our Tundra and Camry, and are very pleased. Both purchases were through our sales associate Alyssa Kvarta. She was attentive with our needs and patient. It was our first experience with her that made us want to return for our second purchase. Thanks again to the Toyota team and Alyssa for our wonderful experience. We look forward to returning again!

Very professional, courteous and THOROUGH. I travel a lot and have been too a plethora of different Toyota dealerships on the East/West coast. I was very impressed with the knowledge of company policy as well as automotive. I left with the feeling that the employees I interacted with genuinely care about more than a paycheck. When it comes time for a new Tacoma, I will be traveling back here no matter where I'm am too get it. The ONLY reason I'm not giving a five star review is because on one of my Japan trips I made a visit to Toyota headquarters in Aichi Prefecture.

I live in Pittsburgh but I have my car serviced at Laurel BMW for the same reason why I bought it there - Great people, no BS, straightforward answers to my questions, and they never try to sell me anything that I don’t need. Even though it’s a 2 hour drive from my home, it’s so worth it for the peace of mind. So much better than the mega dealers in Pittsburgh who don’t even know my name. Thanks Laurel BMW. You folks are the best dealership anywhere.

Excellent service department. Knowledgeable staff. Great location. I've had my Toyotas serviced here since 2011 and I've never had any issues. They did some reconstructive surgery on a vehicle that was backed in to and did a fair enough job on it. There was a minor issue with the rear wiper not being hooked back up, but they fixed it immediately. If you own a Toyota in the area, I highly suggest you use them for your service requirements.

I noted that my Check Engine light was on upon starting my vehicle following swimming lessons for my granddaughter. Of course that was of great concern to me since I am transporting "precious cargo" quite often. I phoned Laurel Toyota and they were able to schedule my vehicle to be checked over this very same day in the afternoon. The problem was discovered and I was consulted and informed of the problem, the repair cost along with an estimate of the time it would take for the work to be done. As is always the case with this Toyota Dealership, I was treated very well and the waiting area is always very accommodating and welcoming.They obviously value their customers and provide top quality work!

I had been looking for a 4 Runner for a few weeks. I saw they had one with the options I was looking for, drove in from PGH and saw Joe Dodson. He was absolutely a great person to deal with, and I would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to visit this dealership. Joe and Scott gave me the best price compared to 3 other dealerships, and gave me more than a fair value for my trade. My family and I will be getting all of our vehicles from Joe at this dealership. Quick, friendly, we are older and have never in all our years dealing with car service have had nicer people than these, our big mistake is not finding them sooner. We will be faithful customers till we no longer drive a car. Fast, efficient and pleasant what more could anyone want? 5 gold stars and more!

The buying process at Laurel Toyota was better than expected. I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and Doug Thomas, sales associate was straightforward with me. I knew exactly how much I wanted to pay and it was very refreshing because he actually disclosed how much they were going to make off the vehicle purchase. Then he showed me the financing options. Now to the service department, since my purchase I've had two oil changes with the service department. The service department gives you and estimated time for service. They tell you it'll be an hour hour and 15 minutes and are exactly on time and prompt with changing your oil and washing my car. With that being the case they value your time and it made me feel really good about my experience with Laurel Toyota. Lastly because they show great operational skill set in their sales process and the service process, it shows me they values me as a customer and I will once again buy a car from Laurel Toyota.

Awesome experience. I live over an hour away in MD and drove to this PA dealership to pick up a Tundra that I bought over the Internet site unseen. Over the phone they gave me a straight up price, no BS fees or charges after the fact. We agreed on a price and I gave them a deposit over the phone. Drove up there 1 day later and truck was all clean, fully detailed and temp tag on the truck. I have dealt with many dealers over the years . this dealership treated me right and didn't try any BS at the last minute. I never leave reviews but was compelled to on this one. This is a dealership I will actually go back to time & time again. Salesman was Earl. Brand new 2017 tundra. Thanks again!

One of the best dealerships around. The sales team makes buying or leasing your vehicle extremely easy, explaining every step of the process. The service department is second to none. Courteous, fast and highly professional. Scheduling is easy and all issues are explained clearly. Definitely a one stop shop for all your Toyota needs!

Joe Dodson is an exceptional salesman. He went above and beyond throughout the transaction. I live approximately 200 miles from Laurel Toyota and it was worth the trip. The Toyota Joe sold me was priced right & of the highest quality. Joe was a stand-up salesman throughout the entire process, even after the transaction was complete.
There was a snowstorm at Laurel Toyota in Johnstown, PA the day I was supposed to pick up the Toyota. Joe called to warn me of the weather. He also called to make sure that the vehicle and I made it home okay.
There were some unanswered questions regarding the vehicle post sale. Joe followed up with me as promised and got me the answers I requested.
If you are within driving distance of Johnstown, PA & in the market for a Toyota, I highly recommend reaching out to Joe Dodson. Laurel Toyota's pricing and customer service are worth the drive!response / report this review -
