We were supposed to go to the restaurant next door La puerta. But the hostess (Jess) was super rude. We left. The hosts on the door of this restaurant were very friendly and welcoming and managed to convince us to try the restaurant. Great food. Fish taco was Delicious!!! And our waitress(Sadie) was amazing. I will diffidently come back

Awesome staff. They were very helpful and focused on taking care of us once we informed them of having Celiac's. They have a separate kitchen and assured us our food was perfect for us. The food was excellent and the drinks were top notch. Can't wait to go again.

Bobby and Andrea gave us a 1st class experience from THE DOOR TO THE EXIT. If I could rate this restaurant a 100, I would. This place is home grown. YOU ARE CRAZY TO PASS THIS PLACE UP. EVERYTHING IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CLEAN AND FOOD OUT OF THIS WORLD 🌎 😋 👌🏾 😌

I walked by here last night with my dog, and we were invited in. I was sooo glad that I decided to stop!!! The service and food were phenomenal! I am on a plant-based diet. They have both veggie tacos and veggies enchiladas dinners. The server allowed to do do one of each with rice and beans. They were so delicious! I will be back. This may be my new "spot". The chips and salsa were awesome too- served with 3 types of salsa. Hands down one of the best places in Gaslamp to eat! So impressed with the food and service!

Stopped in with my coworkers after a conference and I had the chips and guacamole as a starter and the El Jefe - Camacho Grilled Shrimp with sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, cilantro rice in a Cajun Alfredo sauce for dinner. The food was delicious and very satisfying. The chips were crispy and not oily at all. The salsa had bold flavor and the entree was surprisingly good. The Cajun Alfredo has a bit of bite to it. If you like spicy it's excellent. The others at my table seemed to really enjoy the margaritas.

Amazing happy hour specials. We came in with a large party and ordered lots of tacos and margaritas. You really can't beat $2 carnitas tacos of this quality. The sauce was amazing and I filled up on 3. So good it should be illegal. As our friend's coworkers joined us, the girls spilled over to another talk to them, causing the wait staff to join our bills. The frustrating part was when our waiter handed me the check for a dozen people and expected me to do all the work to split the bill, which just seemed lazy to me. Thank God I'm decent at math.
Regardless, I'll still come back for Taco Tuesday.

Best taco Tuesday location. Tropical tacos are only $2 and the tequila poppers are only a dollar. Mojitos can be made in a variety of flavors for only $1 more. All tables are given a complimentary order of their house special corn fritas with sides of butter and salsa.

Excellent food and wonderful wait staff. I hate to say it but service was almost too fast lol. If you're looking for a quiet, intimate drawn out experience, this isn't the place to go. If, however, you want fantastic food, friendly service, and a lively scene, this is the place. Only downer was my husband's Blue Moon beer from the tap had a funky after taste, like old pipes. My raspberry mohito, on the other hand, was yummy.

We ended up here by chance. We were going to go to La Puerta next door but were turned away after having walked up there from near the Midway because we had kids in our group. So we went next door to Las Hadas and were promptly greeted outside and our large group of 8 was quickly escorted to a table. All of the staff was incredibly nice. From the hostess to our server, we felt like VIPs the whole time. Our waitress was excellent. The food was great and fairly priced. I would recommend and I would go back.

I only come here to drink not eat. They have an excellent happy hour. I think the drink prices are excellent then. Eat somewhere else or only order chips and salsa, and then Cash in on all their wonderful drink specials.

Very friendly staff, quick service, good drink and food specials during happy hour (before 7PM and between 10PM-12AM). Good guacamole, great fish tacos. Sat outside, very enjoyable.

Great food, helpful staff. Hostess had a bit of a problem remembering how many were in our group. She kept asking how many and I kept saying 5. Still 5. Yep, there's 5. 5. This was in the space of a few minutes while we were standing in front of her. Oh well, all 5 of us were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress was great and the food was yummy. Guacamole was excellent if a bit basic (nothing wrong with that), steak fajitas were delicious, surf and turf burrito was very good and huge. My only complaint is that it was so noisy we couldn't have any type of conversation.

Awesome service, very tasty, friendly. Modest simple decor and perfect for family dinning for early evenings. Shrimp was excellent flavor, and cooked perfect.

Amazing customer service! Our waiter, manager, and bartender ensured we had the best experience ever. I didn't care for my skinny margarita (I'm always iffy about them anyways, but wanted to venture out). My friend said it tasted hurt fine. However, I decided to change drink and the team members made sure my next drink was to my liking. The food is also amazing. My friend had the steak burrito and it's very delicious. Happy hour specials are really good. I highly suggest this place. Very friendly and amazing food/drinks. I promise it was just my personal disliking on the marg. Mathew is our server and he's super nice. Thank you Mathew! Bobby (I think is the bartender) brought me my second drink out to make sure everything was perfect. The manager made sure as well. Thank you all so much. I appreciate it a bunch. I highly recommend this place. The hostesses/host are also very friendly. I am from NC and I am just very in awe at how friendly everyone here is. Y'all are an awesome team.

Came in with my husband and he wanted steak and he is new to the us so he riding know what to order and I never order or eat steak so I ordered a rib eye. When we got it he was not happy because he doesn't like fatty meats. It was completely our fault because we asked for a rib eye but they were super nice and switched it for us. They also countinued to check in with us to make sure we liked everything. I appreciate good service and will come back soon.

Stand out Mexican food. Good service. Food was good but lacked taste and authenticity. I got the carnites platter and my wife had the lobster tacos. Both were good but not amazing.
