Very rude customer service. I declined them fixing my riding mower because the estimate was $900. Looking at the estimate later I realized they had EVERYTHING in the estimate. The blades were new this spring, I don't need new deck wheels on this old mower and don't need all new belts spindles etc. I just want it to run without jerking. Of course they tried selling me a new mower and said I wouldn't have to pay for the estimate if I bought a mower from them. Another shop fixed it for $200.00!! The cost of the estimate was $37 but when I told him I wanted the breakdown of the estimate he told me they don't usually provide that. The 37 dollars was for them to "look at it". I wasn't happy and turned to silently walk away and he was a smart a$$ and said "your welcome!" I turned and walked back to him and said "I don't think I'm asking too much to expect a breakdown of the estimate since I paid 37 dollars for it! (I finally got the breakdown but he wasn't happy.) I won't be returning.
Have relied on them for many years for outdoor power equipment.
They can and do service what they sell and that is very important to me.
Beware!! Quoted a price for a package purchase, signed bank papers to complete the transaction, two days later I was asked to come back in and sign "new papers" because they made a mistake. New papers showed a price that was almost $1000 higher (went from $7200 to almost $8200). Even though I could have forced the issue to stick to the terms because I had a signed contract in hand from the bank, I agreed to give the items back and then they tried to charge me for using the chainsaw! Terrible customer service, Ebel's is cheaper and better customer service if you have to have a Husqvarna product.
Great team of knowledgeable people serving up the best products.
