They have a very nice selection of dresses. My friend found her after the third try on! Staff was very nice and very accommodating!

No experience to describe. Internet and door said they were open until 4 on Saturdays. We tried to stop by at 3:20 and they were closed. Door said they were open until 4 as well. Very frustrating.

The day of my appointment I would have given 5 stars. The dress I found was beautiful and the price was fantastic. They were friendly and not at all pushy. Months later when my dress was finally made, they mailed my dress to the wrong address. I had to be on the phone a whole Saturday trying to track down my dress and it was incredibly frustrating. Then when I went to my first fitting appointment (at a regular tailors, not at Natalie's) the tailor told me the dress was clearly one size too small. It turns out I had been fitted in the dress incorrectly by Natalie's. I had specifically asked Natalie's if I should order up a size and they insisted I shouldn't. It was not that I had put on weight. The dress zips when "fitted" improperly and does not zip when it lines up correctly. Natalie's fitted me so the bottom of the dress zipped but the top of the dress was way off. The tailor had to shift my dress 1-2 inches down to make the sleeves and sweetheart neckline fit but now the bottom won't zip. As a professional wedding boutique, Natalie's should have known how to properly fit a fitted dress like this. I now have several hundred dollars to pay in alterations since the tailor has to add fabric to a dress that fits me now the same way it fit in August 2016 when I bought the dress. Yes the dress is beautiful but it's the tailor that is making it fit because Natalie's failed to do that.

This bridal store was the worst experience ever and if I could give it zero stars I would. The owner is very rude. When we arrived for our appointment the store was already full of people and the setup of the store does not allow many people to be in the store. They made the comment about how large our party was and I told the lady I called when I scheduled the appointment online and informed someone we had a large party and the woman stated she was not told and it wasn't noted anywhere for our appointment. I was also told there would be an area for my party to sit and I could come out and show them. There was not a sitting area and my party was standing throughout the store and trying to stay out of the way of the consultants and other people in the store. They also continued to allow walkins even though the store was packed. This was the beginning and it got much worse. The was no direction as to the process and we started to pull dresses to try on and were told to put them back on the rack and the consultant would get them. I asked then how do you know which ones I want to try on and was told to put the hearts I was given in the sleeve of the dress cover and my response was I was never given any hearts. They then told me they would go get more hearts and again I said I was never given any hearts. We then got a few dresses and was put into a very small room with two mirrors. I turned around and the consultant was shaking and began to have a break down and cry. I then asked if she was okay and tried to calm her down and hugged her to calm her. The consultant said she was also trying to help 3 other brides. In my opinion this is a management problem. The people who didn't have an appointment should have been asked to schedule an appointment to come back at a later date. I told my consultant to calm down we are here to enjoy and have fun looking for a dress and don't want her to stress. She was doing the best she could under the circumstances. Then when I had a dress on my party had to file in and then back out of the room one by one to see the dress because the room was so small. This store also does not have much of a selection for a plus sized bride (I am a size 16). There were a few dresses that I liked but they didn't have it in a size I could try on so I was told they could write down the styles and see if they could get a sample in the store in a size I could try on and the store would get back with me. So we showed the consultant which ones and she noted the dress and style. The WORST part of this appointment happened to my mother-in-law which I didn't find out until days later. My mother-in-law has a health issue where she has to monitor her blood sugar and brought a Gatorade in with her. The store owner barked at her and said she can't drink that in the store. My mother-in-law replied don't worry I won't open it. The owner scowled at her and went over and angrily grabed the bottle out of her hand and put it on their front counter and said, "there now we can guarantee you won't open it and she could have it back when she left. OMG! Who does this?
So we left and I asked them to call and let me know if you they could get the dresses I like in a larger size. Four weeks later I didn't her anything so I called to follow up. I got the owner and after I explained I why I was calling, she rudely barked we don't get larger samples. I then asked then why was I told you do. Again she barked we don't do that, all our dresses are custom dresses and we can't get loaners/samples. Again I asked then why was I told this? Her response, I don't know we don't do that and proceeded to explain her dresses are custom made and they can't get samples. I asked again then why was I told that? Again she said we don't do that and finally apologized but I didn't feel it was sincere. I feel this is also a bad management issue. Please do not support this bridal store. The rude owner doesn't deserve your business.

The best!!! They had 70 people come through and still gave my daughter and I one on one assistance with a huge dressing room I could sit and watch her try on. The assistant helped dress after dress until she chose one! They stayed late and were so patient and professional but sweet!!!!

I was not expecting to fall in love with a dress here because I went to a much fancier looking shop first. I figured I would just stop in because a friend told me their prices were good. I ended up trying more on than expected because the quality of the dresses once on and out of the bag was jaw dropping. I was stunned at how gorgeous the MoriLee dresses were - all very romantic and modern looking. The customer service was great - the lady who helped me had the prices of every dress memorized, was very knowledgeable about alterations and how it would fit, found the perfect veil for the dress. I'm very picky and couldn't decide between two of the dresses. She helped me make the perfect decision. I'm very happy with my purchase. She even allowed my party of 4 others to sit in the dressing room with me. My dress will be in early - super excited about that! Definitely worth checking out.
