Waited half an hour to get service . We asked the bartender twice for our server. nothing .
And then we saw people who came after us get service . On top of that .
We spoke to the manager and he didn't help at all .
Said I apologize for the tardyness . Tardyness isn't half AN HOUR ! It's ridiculous that I even feel like this is a problem . It's diligence
Placed an order on grubhub for two salads. No dressing or utensils provided. When I called and asked why and if I could go out of my way to come pick up they were 100% certain the dressing was in the salad and very rude. I ate the salmon I ordered with and that is all. Waste of $45. Garbage service and mediocre food.
Goodish food, cool vibe, comfortable tabling. Wheelchair friendly.
Usually busy and loud in evenings and often a wait. Good brunch specials for students on weekends.
Never had a bad experience here. Great food, drinks, and service!
Bar and grill food. pretty standard. Their happy hour deals are pretty good, and they do some good social events for students and those around Drexel's campus. Its not too expensive as to be exclusionary to students, but its also not so cheap as to bring in too big of a crown constantly. good for going to dinner with your parents, or out for drinks with your friends.
Decent place, conveniently placed, but theres room for improvement.
I like Landmark in general, but I tried the bean burger today and it was nothing short of disgusting. Safe to say never again, and the prices here are kinda steep. Overall the food is okay here, I'll just never and I mean never ever ever try the bean grossness again 😐
Way over priced, all jammed up at 4 o'clock in the afternoon and only got worse with hardly any standing room. Drinks were way overpriced.if you can even get to the bar to get onebarely any standing room even on outside deck..food smelled like it was cooked with old lardgreasy and also way overpriceddont understand the attraction
Absolutely disgusting customer service. My friend put down our names and we were told to wait 30 minutes. No big deal. When we finally got called to get seated we were told to show our IDs AFTER they had forced us to wait. Some friends did not have their ID on them so we were not let in even though we only wanted food in the first place. It was only 9:00 on a WEDNESDAY. If you're going to have ridiculous rules you should make them known to your guests before you force them to wait. The hostesses were also extremely rude and honestly deserve to lose their jobs for their lack of basic customer service skills.
I used to order lunch from here once or twice a week on average for about 5 months. They would get my order for pick-up wrong about half the time.
This evening I ordered nachos, which I've had from there we'll over 10 times. The container sizes were very small. When I informed the staff, they told me that I was wrong. When I requested a refund, i was treated as if I was subhuman, and was lying about what I had previously purchased.
I will never patronize this restaurant again, and would highly recommend that if you do, you are sure to double-check that you are getting treated fairly, and with dignity and respect.
The garlic fries are the best! Good beer selection and I really enjoyed the burger I ordered. Cute wait staff too! Will visit again :)
Food is OK, beer selection is good. Best things on the menu: chili, nachos, the burger with the egg on top. When they first opened I would see mice running around their back patio area, but that was 3-5 years ago. The other thing I thought was uncomfortable was the attire of the waitresses. They only have female waitresses (males work in the back) and they make them wear skin tight clothes and low cut tops. They cater to a college crowd but plenty of Philly locals 25-35 go for happy hour and sporting events.
Awesome wings, some of my favorite in the city. Super crispy and lots of sauces to choose from. My favorite are the I Dare You wings which are very spicy but honestly nothing insane. They always have a good beer list with about 10 taps and some good cocktails as well. Also normally not overly crowded or loud which is surprising for being on a college campus.
