  I am a current resident in this complex, with a baby. Although they have a prompt maintenance team and I appreciate their efforts in service, I would recommend you to stay away from these apartments if you are a non-smoker and would wish to keep your family way from the health effects of it. We repeatedly brought forward the issue of intense cigarette smoke getting into our rooms from adjacent apartments - the solutions suggested by the management being 'keep your windows open' , 'change your apartment' or 'we will provide you a portable odor neutralizer'. I am not sure why they advertise their apartments to be smoke-free if they are unable/ unwilling to maintain the same.

  This is one beautiful apartment which truly lived upto the expectation of the photos posted over the website to reality. Excellent community , HUGE :):), well maintained , excellent facilities .
  My favourite was the tennis court with flood lights, man we played till midnight over weekends, almost professional size swim pool with life guard, summer pool party and decent gym with personal trainer.

  I was hoping to move to this complex but experienced poor service during the application stage and had to request a refund of my application fees. Before applying for this apartment, I was thoroughly impressed with the grounds and complex and the apartment itself. I am moving from NC with a limited window of time to apartment hunt and when I found this place I thought I lucked up. When I visited I asked if a specific floor plan would be available (their largest 2 bedroom) because I know I need the space with a child on the way. The leasing agent assured me several were becoming available. After I left DE, my grandmother went to the complex to double check that the floor plan would be available when I needed to move in and the leasing agent said it would. After I applied, the same leasing agent told me only the smaller unit was available, and she has no notice as to whether the larger floor plan would become available. I expressed my disgust at her deceit and requested my money back. At least they're willing to refund my app fee.

  One of the best apartment we came across in bear Delaware. Had done long house hunting before settling for Christiana and was totally happy. They have their own gym, pool and tennis court. Apart from that they have small playground for children. Quite spacious apartment with full facilities. The society itself is very spacious with the greenery all over. Love this place

  One of the best apartments in Bear DE. Gated community, Swift maintenance, Concrete buildings, only issue is the high rent. You pay what you get.
