Upstanding service, decent food. My girlfriend particularly enjoyed the salad, whereas I felt that the fajitas were good but not great. However, what makes this place stand out is how courteous and quick the staff is, which provides incentive to return and enjoy their great atmosphere.

Friendly staff, great drinks, bring your ID. The staff will not serve anyone drinks without an ID.

Slow service. Inconsistent food. Their food specials have blackout dates that are unclear.

This is the best place to watch the Villanova Wildcats on tv.

Draft beer tasted really off, I don't think they're cleaning their lines very well.

I would not ever go to Kelly's again. Would not serve my over 60 yo wife because she did not have an ID with her. Are you kidding me? Manager had no ability to exercise judgement on an obvious case of someone being old enough to be legal. Other patrons of similar age were not carded. Not worth the aggravation to go there again. I cannot believe that the PLCB means for them to handle things this way.

Patric is lack luster and over charged me for my food and once he relized would not fix it. Feel free to go just not when Patrick is there

$4 Yuenglings ain't bad, and I enjoyed the popcorn chicken (they didn't skimp on the sauces either).

I'm understanding the bouncer is also the manager. In my opinion the way he handles his business and his customers is deplorable. He was rude, dignified, and down right audacious. He will flat out ignore you if he does not wish to speak with you any longer, no matter the level of respect you attempt to give him. Whomever this bouncer was (white male, approx 6", tattooed, bald I believe) is an absolute detriment to the establishment and ensured that I and a few others had a night filled with patronizing remarks, and a clear lack of professionalism in his line of work. I believe that when more than three people within an hour are voicing complaints about your demeanor, attitude, and ability to communicate with your customers politely, you should probably stop holding the door for others and remember not to let it hit you on the way out. As far as the mixed drinks went, sub par for the price you pay, the food was Meh. I won't be returning, obviously.
