Our experience with Lancaster Door Service was excellent from the first step. We met with Anton who was professional, friendly and had great knowledge of the products. We chose a new front door, storm door, side door and slider doors to be installed. Mitch & Jason the installers were awesome to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Everyone was awesome! So friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Antoine came out right away to give an estimate. Jason did the installation and was awesome! Our windows are beautiful!! We will be using again for future window replacements!! I Highly recommend Lancaster Door Service!

If I could award 10 stars, I would! Lancaster Door Service did a fantastic job installing our brand new front door and new garage door. Products are exceptional & pricing is reasonable. Our very patient sales rep, Anton, explained everything in detail during our initial consultations. He responded immediately whenever we had a question about either of our projects. All of the installers - Aaron, Mitch, & Kris - were very professional, prompt, friendly, patient, & courteous. We won’t hesitate to call them again if we ever need another door installed.

We had windows installed recently (June 2021) and could not be happier with how the ENTIRE process went from start to finish. Anton Spinelli scheduled an appointment to look at our needs and provide us a quote very quickly. He was on time, thorough, followed up after his visit and again after installation. The lead installer Kris and his crew were very professional. They were very careful inside our home and cleaned up after themselves. It was nice not having to come home from work and spend time cleaning, instead we came home from work and were able to enjoy our new windows. The windows look great, work great and I would recommend them to anyone. We had some exterior painting done shortly after the window installation and even he commented on how nice they looked. The flashing they use around the windows is much higher quality than many others would use and it makes a difference with the finished product. Anton, Kris and crew thank you for making this such a great experience!
