I am beyond pleased with the work that Sheldon did. He made everything look like new after my water damage. Martin's customer service is amazing when most places have nothing close to any type of customer service anymore. Deb was very helpful when it came to picking out my new carpet and when it came to scheduling my installation Andy was very patient. I will recommend Martin's to everyone I know. Thank you!

Excellent service, communication and installation. From Greg in sales, the project coordination team and the entire install team - Greg, Isaiah, Rob and 2 others whose name I cannot remember. 5 Star experience!!

We had a wonderful experience with Martins Flooring, from initial contact through the entire installation! The sales rep (Brian) and the estimator (Konnor) were helpful and kind, and the process went much more smoothly and quickly than I expected. And the installer, Austin, was fantastic! He was friendly and respectful and did a great job! I would definitely recommend and will absolutely use Martins in the future!

Martin's installers Ricky Silva and his team are masters of their craft. They came prepared and everyone knew their responsibility from removal and disposal and leaving a clean job site to installation details. Excellent workmanship. My wife and I are very pleased.

Our experience at Martin's Flooring was a fabulous one! Deb, our sales consultant was very patient with us, and we appreciated that!
