Very nice theater. Great popcorn. Accessible.
Took my grandson to the premier of the "Last Jedi" #8 the latest "Star Wars" movie. It was packed but they had plenty of staff on hand, the popcorn was fresh & hot, the pop was cold and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
May The Force Be With You.
Love going here. Great staff. Some don't know movies but are still super nice. Some of there staff know a lot about what's playing and make it a real treat when they tell you to like wait after the credits for secret clips and what movies are good.
This rating is based on what else is in the area. It's clean and a decent place to watch movies on a rainy day The popcorn was un-eatably salty. I think my plain salt at home is less salty than the popcorn here. And the drink pricing was high for a small Pepsi.
Clean facility. Good counter service. Food way over priced like all theaters
I watched the movie IT. Had a great experience the workers are polite and it was very clean.
The employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The sound for the theater was giodi only suggest upolstry cleaner for some areas since some people spill things
Most the time the service is good and theatres clean. The provide a military and veteran's discount (with proof) which I appreciate.
Had times posted but they were closed. Nobody to answer phone. There were people waiting outside including customers in wheelchairs from a local facility. We all came back for the next movie time and still the place was still closed. I wasted my morning, I took off of work. Had so many things I could have done without my kids with me. Not cool.
The employees are super friendly love the high theater seats have no problems viewing over the people sitting in front of you.
Decent theatre for the area. Picture was good, sound was a little soft, but still ok. Seats were comfortable, but arm rests were dirty. And the seats don't recline. The seating needs an update.
Big downside was that the concessions were very expensive.
It is a treat to go here. It is one of the nicer places. Very large.
The theater has gradually gotten dirtier and dirtier each time I visit. I could hear my shoes sticking to the floor when I walked to my seat on Wednesday night. My biggest complaint is that the previews are sooooo loud I can barely stand the pain in my ears even while covering them!
I can't complain too much about the temperature as many places get cold due to air conditioning and it being late summer. I do know there appears to be a real problem with the heating system. I think one side of the building is easier to heat than the other. I complained numerous times last winter but not much help. Sometimes I go and it can be pleasant and the next time I go I am shivering so badly I cannot follow the movie! Staff replies there is something wrong with it but they will turn it up. It usually does get a little better, at least bearable.
I've had great experiences here, and less than ideal movie experiences. Air conditioner was running full blast during The Force Awakens in January. It could have been an attempt to simulate Hoth, but for the 15 or so of us in the theater wasn't necessary. Spoke to someone at the box office, but it just got colder. It was single digits outside and in the 50's inside. Bathroom was warm though. Also an issue with the audio that night, but it was corrected when brought to the attention of staff. Other movies have been fine, but staff was less than helpful about unnecessary air conditioning.
