The room was clean and cozy. They were accommodating for our infant by proving a crib, fridge, and microwave. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient to the highway and a short drive to downtown.

Spacious, great hot breakfast, friendly staff. I'd stay again! Plus if you love Lucy you will be close to the cemetery where her burial site is.

Clean and fresh rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were soft. The bathrooms were spacious, with plenty of counterspace. The breakfast provided was fresh and tasty. I would make this my first choice if travelling in the area again!

Great place to stay. Clean rooms, accessible room well done, air conditioner not loud, breakfast is very good and so is the coffee. Staff very friendly. We will stay here again, on our way to N.Y.

I have stayed here many times for business, same story each time I do. Always something and never restful sleep. Walls so thin you can hear the guy in the next room snoring so loudly needed to turn TV up to level 16 at midnight to block it out. Awakened at 11:24pm last night by front desk stating they needed to send maintenance up to inspect my room due to a fire concern. Needless to say, couldn't exactly fall back to sleep till after 200am. Loud hallways at all hours and if your on top floor, the noises from the rooftop will keep you up all night. My next trip giving Holiday Inn next door a try. Can't be worse.

Very clean with modern decor. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Was easy drive to the Lucille Ball Comedy Festival in town.

Hotel was very clean with a friendly staff, breakfast was well stocked. I did like that they had games and crayons on a table in the lobby available for kids, this along with other small touches like a welcoming table with mints and the like made for a friendly atmosphere at the hotel. The only negatives were related to the buttons on the elevator taking multiple presses for them to register and the vent fan light in the bathroom would flicker at times. Overall our stay was very good.

Staff was very friendly and professional, observed promptly greeting many guests. Facilities were well maintained. Pool area and other common areas were kept very clean.

I had won a certificate for a free night in the king jacuzzi room. Check in/out was flawless, the room was well maintained and everything was in place. Not a single complaint here. Everything was perfect.

The room I had was bigger than your typical room with two queen beds which was nice. Also, the breakfast was surprisingly expansive.
