Very clean, price is good. It is quiet even though it is right off the highway. Very strict "no smoking" policy.

Bathroom - toilet is loose, tile grout is gross, no fan and light bulb burned out.
Plug to microwave was sparking and is burnt, had to unplug.
    Garbage odor in dining room.

No closet, no drawers, no iron, and no hair dryer as advertised. Also, not a single extra pillow is available at the front desk! Room was also non-smoking but reeked of smoke. On the plus side the bathroom was clean.

My mother in law stayed here while visiting for a couple of days. She was very happy with the price and service of the room.

I was at hotel on business. My room on the second floor for the most part was clean. The steps were dirty and disgusting. Pool was nice. Dining area looked like a scene from the 70's and breakfast options were limited. On the other hand, housekeeping staff was friendly and very helpful. However, the office staff had very poor customer service. Not one person was actually standing in the office to check in. I had to pick up a phone and dial zero for someone to come help me. In addition, not one person who I spoke with had a smile on their face or a welcoming tone. Whenever I spoke to anyone in the office they looked like I was annoying them. Furthermore, the worst part was that my room was next to area construction WORKERS who were loud and slammed doors from the moment they arrived daily. I requested to be moved to 1st floor and was told no rooms were available. I saw many that were empty. Main recommendation to hotel owner is Customer Service classes to office staff.

Showed up at midnight and they had a pet friendly room a available. Rooms were pretty clean, staff was friendly and chatty even in the middle of the night, and they were able to accommodate the pups. Great price for what you get.

A small town older hotel. Slow Wi-Fi. Cheap breakfast. Not comfortable.

Clean, cheap, comfortable bed and exactly what I needed for a one night stay in the area. Obviously it's nothing phenomenal, and the TV's are on the small side, but for the price it's perfect. Rooms have mini fridges and microwaves, and I saw a pool out front of the hotel. Great place to stay and save money.

It's a very nice place. The rooms are clean and cozy and the staff is wonderful. The location is very nice as well and your only 20 minutes from bemus point. I really like the swimming pool too. I know I'll be back in Jamestown for work and I'll definetly be staying here again.

Staff was friendly but the rooms were really gross. There were dirty socks on the floor and old shampoo bottles in the shower from previous occupants. Clearly shows they don't clean the rooms very well. Not even entirely sure they cleaned the sheets :/ The continental breakfast consisted of 1 piece of cold french toast, old bagels, and raisin bran. Also, horrible location. Traffic was so loud we got no sleep! Do yourself a favor and pay a little extra for somewhere else!
