Location, price and cabin size make this a great getaway spot. Dave will always be there to assist you.

I just went to this place and we had a great time! We went with our kids so we especially loved that it had a private playground and was within walking distance to the lake, restaurants and stores, no need to drive anywhere. The fire pit and seating area were also awesome, perfect for relaxing while watching our kids playing. The check in was super easy also, the manager was very helpful and attentive. Loved this place very much!! Will definitely be going back to these cabins again.

I really enjoyed my stay here, the cabins are very clean and done very nicely. It's central located in town, which made it nice to for getting around to restaurant and up to the resort.

Come every year! Very clean and friendly. They are renovating the cabins 1 at a time, and they are doing an amazing job!! Won't stay anywhere else in Big Bear!!

Please please do not trust these people. I booked a cabin for January and got confirmation that it was booked. 2 weeks later they called me and said they are raising the cabin prices and that we are not booked anymore.. i called dave before i booked and confirmed it with him and he said that was a good price and hurry and book it before his wife changes price due to their erorr.. scam. Please dont give them your credit card info etc. please dont get scammed

No coffee, no hair dryer, no lamps, can't see TV from bed, Gaps under doors to the outside. This is Big Bear, remind you. Beds over 25 years old with a foam topping. Uncomfortable as hell. Non refundable of course. Will not stay again. Ugly area.

Ants on the bathroom and kitchen counters. Hair hanging from unused towels. Toilet didn't work properly. Leftover clothing in dresser. Fouton broken. Mold and soapscum around shower. Never would recommend this cabin to anyone. Better off sleeping in your car:((

My wife and I just stayed the weekend here and it was nice a cozy and everything was within walking distance from the main areas that you would love to go and see here in Big Bear. The only things that I would bring up as a negative would be that in the cabin itself the overhead light in the living room area for our cabin did not work, the dvd player did not work and we had to have the manager take another one out from one of the other cabins that was not being occupied, there were ants in the bathroom and some in the kitchen and the fixtures that held the towels and stuff were coming off the walls. The good parts of it all was that there was a comfortable feel for the place, everyone was friendly and the bed was comfortable. Overall it was a nice experience and look forward to going back to stay again regardless of the small problems.

Yes, Dave is a super nice guy and goes out of his way to make sure you have a nice stay. Prices are good. I stay here anytime I rent my cabin and miss BB. Always clean.
