I needed service on my Polaris Sportsman. Only live a couple miles from there so took it there. Keep it local. They said it would be two to three weeks before they could look at it. I said okay. Four weeks go by I call. Was told we will get it in middle of next week. Six and a half weeks go by its ready. Go to pick it up pay them over $700.00 and then find out its still not done. Another week goes by and finally its fixed. Another $135.00 later. Seven and a half weeks to fix it. They need more help and also be up front with people. I could have taken it somewhere else. Next time I will. And my friends and Neighbors will to. Done with them.

Talk to Phil! He was a very responsive and honest sales staff member. He spent a lot of time corresponding with me and went out of his way to send me photos of a snowmobile I was interested in even though I was all the way from WI!

Was told the unit would be ready Monday,
So I let Aaron know that I would take time off work and be there Tuesday with my trailer ( hour drive each way). Only when I called to let him know I was on my way was I informed that it was missing parts. It would literally take several pages to describe the experience and steps it took to get everything ALMOST right with a brand new $19,000 machine. Almost a month of phone calls and and researching the pieces for them that were missing. I was assured at least four times that they would make it right. Great prices. Best customer service I have personally seen. I was treated like a regular customer the first time going there. The crew is very accommodating and knowledgeable about all makes.

As a business owner myself I hate to do this but. They have had our razor for 4 months. They say it’s Polaris fallt they have made promises that it would be done. We have been faithful and loyal to Ed and his family for 25 years We have our annual family vacation at silver lake this coming weekend and had to cancel. Shame on all u in service u need to hire more to be able to handle the load that comes in and needs repairs. Disappointed Lutterloh family

Bruce in Sales and Matt in financing were awesome to work with when we purchased our used 2015 Indian Roadmaster. The Indian Motorcycle showroom is second to none. These guys have everything Indian Motorcycle related. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience. You have earned a customer for life because or your customer service.

Purchased my first new motorcycle from here recently. I've owned a lot of bikes in the past but finally decided I wanted a brand new one.
Everything about this place is fantastic. The sales staff are incredibly helpful and go out their way to help the customer. They have a massive selection of motorcycles on the floor for each brand they carry. They allow test rides for any motorcycle in inventory. Which is an absolute must in my opinion when contemplating buying new or even used. Finally, as far as I could tell they charge less then MSRP on everything they have. The prices on last year model motorcycles were better than anywhere else I looked.
This is easily the best dealership I've been to. Great staff, prices, huge inventory and allows test rides.response / report this review -

I highly recommend using Lakeside for all your outdoor motor sports purchases. The service staff had a part delivered to my cottage after hours by an employee who lived in the area to keep our Sunday afternoon jet ski festivities going. Thank you again

Unbelievable, we have spent more money here for our very expensive electric motor, and it still doesn't work. We have burned out at least four batteries, and batteries plus which had a five year warranty has shut us off. We brought it to lake side to fine out what was causing the problem, they brought it out said the battery was hooked up wrong, but they are the ones who hooked it up. Then we found out that the charger didn't​ work with we told them but they didn't even look at it. When they brought the boat out blaming us, we asked if they had checked the charger, they had not then the brought it back in and sure enough there was a problem. Probably it has been our problem all along. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

This winter I bought a used boat from Lakeside that they had received from a trade in. I was given a verbal guarantee for one season but no where in the contract I signed did it mention a guarantee. This was my first boat and I was excited to get it and my brains pretty much went out the window because I did absolutely no homework on this boat other than finding what I thought was a nice boat for a good price. I had it for about a month or so before I stuck it in the water. When I did, it idled fine but when I put it in gear it would stall. I called Lakeside half thinking that they wouldn't honor the guarantee since it wasn't on paper. They told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I live about 200 miles from Lakeside so it kind of hurt my gas tank bringing it to them especially since I had to make two trips up there and back. When they finished the service on my boat, they went out with me to lake test it and they handed me cash for the cost of fuel for my trips there. I noticed some of my equipment I left on my boat had been misplaced. I told them about it and they gave me new equipment and it was better equipment than I originally had. I would recommend Lakeside to anyone looking for a dealer that stands behind their word. These guys could have taken advantage of me instead they sent me home happy. I would definitely do business with them again. Thank you Lakeside!

Bought two sleds from this place. Worked with Jamie Hill mostly via text and email to complete the deal. Jamie was SUPER responsive to my questions and requests. When I showed up to pick up my sleds everybody was super friendly and helpful from their prep people to their finance folks. Class acts all the way around. Also it's worth a drive just to stop by and see their inventory as it is an impressive place. If you are in the market for power sports toys of any kind, Jamie at Lakeside would be my first call. A++
