When your mechanic retires and you go into panic mode, THIS is the place to go. The staff is always friendly and always greet you by name. They are expedient and work with your schedule based on the severity of your car problems. Incredibly fair pricing and constant updates on progress makes this a great place to go when things aren't going well with your vehicle.
Great customer service, always good work and cost conscious.
I was traveling through town visiting local family and noticed I had a screw in my tire. Took my Jeep to them at about 9 in the morning told them the issue and they immediately came out and looked it over. We ended up finding 2 screws and they took my vehicle in to remove and patch it. It was at most a 15 minute wait. I never expected to receive kind and fast service like that from a shop in my life! They then told me the services were Free of charge due to my military status. That was the last thing I ever could have expected or service I could have received in my life. By far the greatest shop I have ever used in my life. The respect they have and care for the customer is amazing! Thank you so much for that.
They have excellent customer service, and fair prices. They are also very knowledgeable.
The Lakeshore Tire and Auto Service rocks! We blew 2 tires
, 5 minutes into the start of a 20 hour trip back to Colorado and they squeezed us in and had us back on the road in under an hour. Their service was outstanding.
Reliable
We had a full inspection done here where they suggested an alternator to be replaced. We replaced it ourselves for less than their cost of the part before labor charges. They also didn't even check the tire pressure on the truck, being a tire place that is pretty pathetic. They charged over $200 for a transmission fluid flush and 2 filters that we found out later costs about $50 in parts. I am concerned that they didn't inspect the truck at all and will be having another mechanic look at it. We will not be returning and suggest no one else does either.
