Would be 5 stars if they had free wifi available.
My nieces recently had their birthday party here during a Saturday afternoon open skate. We were given a private room upstairs to have pizza and cake and to open gifts.
Great Cardio Drumming!!!
All the best skate here!
Good place for the family
This is a local hockey rink that keeps cost down and allows the community to experience the hockey and ice atmosphere
The ice is good, but they're in need of a remodel. At least a sanding and a new coat of paint on the rusting beams. Very crowded waiting areas. Parents from four teams are often forced to be jammed together at the same time when hockey players are trying to get through.
Great place to skate
Great venue for High school hockey.
If you're a goaltender, don't even bother. Doesn't matter if you call ahead, doesn't matter if you show up early, doesn't matter if you're Jimmy Howard- the arena has three goalies that they go to regularly, and if you aren't one of them, you'll never play. They won't even let you sit on the bench and rotate in. You can try adding yourself to the call list, but the rink manager said they have plenty of other goalies, but they only use the "3 regulars". Seems pretty crummy when you're the only open hockey in town.
4 times, 4 different nights I was turned away from this rink in the past month. Never even got a chance to lace up. Best I can say is that at least they were nice while turning me out.
You can skate out if you want, but you'll be expected to pay $13-$15- pretty steep for open ice.
