Purchased a 2007 jeep commander from LSA , literally within a month I had to put 1400 into it for a transmission issue and then almost every 3 months after that we where in the shop and now again only after 3 years our motor is bad , we also have always done regular maintenance, LSA knew this jeep was junk and still sold it. The engine blew up two years later out of no where. We had several mechanics tell us they definitely knew this was bad.

Excellent buying experience at Lakeshore Autos. I will look there first the next time I'm in the market for a quality used car. Jason and Todd have great vehicles on their lot and have excellent pricing to match. My 09 Armada has been a great purchase. Lakeshore took good care of us and went above and beyond to keep us satisfied as customers.

I'm a critic at heart and these guys passed the test! Found them while looking for Honda Pilots below $20K. We drove up from Kalamazoo to take a look at the three they had on their lot. Test drove the one we liked the most. Noticed a vibration at higher speeds (my fiancé is a body tech with a mechanical background so it was something he noticed, I likely would not have had he not pointed it out). Took the car back and shared our thoughts with Todd. I told him that if they could get it figured out we could talk about the car since we otherwise liked it, the price was fair for the good condition the car was in and these bad boys are hard to come by. I was impressed with his response, he said there was no if about it, that if it stopped us from buying it, it would stop someone else and they would get it taken care of. They told us they had the new tires rebalanced (two of four were out of balance) and an alignment done but they still noticed the vibration when they took it out on the highway after these things were done. So they had a tire company take a look at the tires and discovered one of the four was not measuring properly. They had a new set of better quality tires put on the car. They called us to let us know of the corrections, I thanked them and continued to shop. After about a week, a few more test drives and realizing they had the best car for the best price within 75 miles of Kalamazoo, MI, we called them up. We went on a Monday night to do another test drive, noticed the vibrations were gone, checked out the new tires and decided to purchase the car. They stayed late on Tuesday night (Monday night they were already scheduled to be open late) to complete the paperwork and give us the keys. Other reviews are correct in the fact that these guys are no hassle and I really appreciate that! We had already dealt with the used car salesman type on the big Kalamazoo lots and I don't have any patience for it.

Would absolutely bring my business to them the next time around and would recommend them to friends and family. Happy car shopping!

I have bought 2 cars here within the last year. Jason and Todd handled both purchases with high professionalism. No high pressure tactics just plain honest talk. Refreshing change.

Both vehicles are performing well. No unexpected mechanical problems. The general condition of both cars were impeccable to begin with.

I'm not sure there is a used car dealer within 75 miles that consistently offers such high caliber cars to choose from. First class operation. Jason and Todd run an ethical and user friendly operation.

Highly recommend.
