Michael has been super quick responsive--especially to emails. He has online tracking, so I know can log in and know exactly the status of a loan. Love the automatic alerts the system sends!

Very easy experience getting our loan processed with Michael, Michelle, and his Lakelender Team. He asked for documents and we provided them. He had us ready to close a week early which was an unexpected bonus. Much, much easier than our last experience with a less experienced processor/lender. Thanks Michael!

Horrible experience. Do not use Michael, he has a bad work ethic. I filled out a loan application a month ago and have not heard anything back from him. In the beginning I talked to him on the phone a couple of times. Since I submitted the loan application I've left 4+ voicemails with no return call, I've left numerous emails with no return email, even called the office and a woman with the same last name answered the phone, again no return call. Another reviewer had the same experience, do not use this guy unless you want to have a bad experience.

We provided our information to Mr. Lasson and he had it for over a month and did nothing with it. He would not return phone calls. We finally went and got our paperwork and took it to a different company. When we went to pick up our paperwork, he would not even come out of his office to make a good excuse. This was an awful experience.
