  Beautiful and relaxing park with lots of benches by the water. Very quiet and peaceful. Lots of woodpeckers and cardinals. Nice 1 mile fit trail and short 0.3 hiking trail. Lots of picnic tables, clean facilities, super nice park ranger. This would be the prefect place to kayak. Lots of fishing.

  I grew up here. This has always been my lake. I spent every summer of my childhood fishing these waters. Small, simple and quiet. Rarely is there ever a crowd. Great fishing and great grilling spots. Definitely go if you want "quiet"!
