Great campground hosts, wonderful sites and amenities. The lake is exactly what you want in a mountain spot. Way less commercial than places like Lake Lure. We will be back.

Our family has been going here for years. And when I say family, I mean almost all of our family. In laws, parents, sisters, nieces and nephews and friends. It's a great place to take your children, they always have a great time swimming or fishing while the adults prepare lunch/dinner either grilling or just a simple picnic. We're going back Father"s day and we can't wait!!
