One of my favorite places to roller blade or bike ride. Lovely, scenery and really well kept trails, it's a great place for a day trip.

This park is excellent for a good bike ride. The trails are scenic and paved. The whole park was clean, and there was a noticeable police presence. I felt safe here.

Went to the wave pool here. I've been going since I was little and can't think of a time where I didn't have the best day ever. It's 10 to get into the park and 8 for the wave pool. Money well spent, they also have free floating tubes to use in the pool.

Wave pool, volleyball, tennis, basketball courts, outdoor pavilions for rent, lake access, and dining hall. This place is a great resource for a family, work, or church get together. $10/car admittance fee and $8/adult for the wave pool. Everything is kept very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, relaxing park with playgrounds, trails, grills, beautiful scenery, a museum, and more. Depending on the area, it can be quite lively or pleasantly tranquil. Wonderful for families, couples, or some alone time.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are looking for a sandy, swimming beach, you should probably look elsewhere. That is one area this park is not particularly strong on. Everything else, however, is wonderful.

Excellent park! Nice boat launch ramp, have used it a few times launching my 23 ft Maxum. Walk/bike paths a plenty. Nice little deck with viewing area of lake Erie on the south end of the park. There's many deer, bald eagles and other wildlife roaming the park.

Very nice park. But it looked like people were getting into the park from another entrance without paying, while we had to pay at the main entrance.

We love the metro parks. They have several nature trail that we hike frequently. They also have many pavilions to eat at. They have several nice parks for kids to play at. They have a wave pool that is fun in the summer time. Their nature pavilion has some neat animals for kids to look at as well as the local nature history.
