I went to Laguna on someone's suggestion from Publix's. I placed my TO GO order at the Bar. The Bartender was very NICE, but when I got home The Toco Salad was wrong and my #8 was not what I expected. Oh! Also 2 items missing from order.

This restaurant is a true hit or miss. The food is usually pretty good and the portions are generous. The service is where it can go wrong. After getting drinks, placing and receiving your order the waitress (and most everyone else) disappear. We waited and waited . and waited . and even waited by the kitchen (for nearly 7 minutes) to request refills it took asking a 2nd time and another 10 minutes before the waitress revisited our table. Even after making a big deal only some of us were given refills. Before leaving we looked for a manager but couldn't find one to provide this critique.

Food quality mediocre. Service excellent. Presentation could use some work.

Never too busy, but always good. The food is great, even when you get it to go. I love their Verde enchiladas!

The food is pretty good and you get it fast. They charged my debit card for more then they were supposed to. When I inquired about it they said "yeah, that's an ongoing thing with a certain terminal they use." As you can imagine I was wondering why they would keep using it knowing it was ripping people off. Check you're bank statement if you eat here Or, pay cash.

This has always been a hit or miss kind of place. I called almost 5 hours in advance and told them I was bringing 20 people. We show up and the dining room is empty. We start ordering drinks and dip right away so the waitress didn't get slammed when the rest of our group shows up. After a few excuses and 28 mins later our first coke shows up. We had to start walking to the bar to even get our own drinks. 1 hour in we figured out we had zero hope of our food order being taken. We asked for the manager and was told they didn't have one on duty. They also only had 3 servers in the whole restaurant. We cut our losses and canceled our taco Tuesday event. Walked next door to Sopranos and had a great time. I don't think I'll ever go back. I know for sure I'll never host another get together there.

Very good salsa, & food! The service is lacking. Seems all the people who should be waiting on customers like to congregate around the corner booth in the back. We had to ask for everything including napkins & drink refills. The food was good though.

This is not a good mexican resturant AT ALL. The salsa tastes like tomato juice, and there is no flavor at all in the food! Oh and the beans taste like something you buy at the store. The bad ones at that. Do not go here. Over priced. You will regret it if you go

Kids like the cheese nachos. One had them topped with shrimp and the other with steak. Clean plates. I had a delicious shrimp dish. Great location.

Laguna Mexican Grill has decent food. It isn't great but it isn't bad, either. I believe my two biggest complaints, if I had to express them, is that (1) practically everyone who works here is under the age of 25, and (2) you will always leave with your clothes REEKING of fajitas. You seriously can't wear any clothing again until it is washed.

On the plus side, their bartender, Marissa (?), is pretty amazing and always good for a chuckle. So, yeah, sit at the bar.

8 months ago a roach visited our booth. Waitress was not shocked. Very nonchalant. Apparently it was not the first critter she has encountered there. We haven't been back. We now go to La Hacienda.
