Worst shipping people working here, I went to 12.15pm check in they gave me the door and backup, after 1.35 hours guy came and told me the load is in other warehouse need to go there 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬why the hell then gave me the door to backup before, he simply say and go even no say single word sorry 😣. Went there took another 3 hour to loading after loading 2 hours says one pallet missing searching for that finally 5.00 pm done and say for invoice you have to wait again f..K this place. I never seen like this terrible place my life time 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😖😖😖😖😡😡😡🥺😤😤😤😤

I don’t know how they received 5 stars but I know I was here over 4 hours to get loaded! Then the receiver had the nerve to make my company pay a 300 late fee. Ironically the 5 hours I was late was the time they took too load me. I mean I believe in coincidences but not that strongly!

Worst shipper.
They are super slow and lazy.
They took 3-4 hours to load a truck.
No restroom, No overnight parking.
FCFS
One way location and not much space for backing up.
Totally mismanagement and they don’t care about your time.

Avoid this place. Dock workers extremely slow, lot very small they just can’t keep up with the incoming trucks.

I've worked with Lacerta as a vendor for many years and can say firsthand what a thoughtful, customer-oriented, innovative company they are. Their customers, vendors, and employees stay with them for a long time, which says a lot about their company values. I look forward to seeing what the future holds for them.
