Just finished with my daughter purchasing her new vehicle there. After going to Galeana in Ft. Myers and getting the run around I remembered my parents had purchased two vehicles there and had had great experiences. The drive for us was 45 minutes but well worth it! Tobi was so professional, fast and easy to deal with. No “pushy” sales with her! Very knowledgeable. The finance manager was so much easier to deal with and honest than the individual was at Galeana. The plus was he had great sense of humor too. Well worth the drive. Would return again when I’m ready for another new vehicle! Thanks for giving my daughter a “Happy New Year”!!!!

Don’t bother, go somewhere else. I attempted to purchase a used 2016 ram 2500 and wanted a range on my 2 year old trade in prior to making the 3 hour trip. Called 5 times, even spoke with the sales manager and each time I was told they would call me back, never did.

This is a great place to deal with. After doing a lot of research Labelle Dodge had the best price for my Ram 1500 Laramie. Tobi is great to work with before and after the sale. I will definitely purchase my next truck with her again. Thanks Tobi!

We bought a 2014 Camaro, we love the car but we were charged for dealer prep fees of well over $400. There was cigarette smoke smeared across the windshield, it was so bed we had to stop and buy Windex and a newspaper before we got home. The rear floorboard was gross and the oil was dark like it had a few thousand miles on it and it was 1/2 quart low. I know it's a used vehicle but we paid for these things to be taken care of. Money wasted on service not completed.

What can I say about Platner's other than AWESOME!!!!

My family has been dealing Tobi for the last size vehicles we have purchased, and she has always knocked it out of the park for us. Never over selling, never any pressure, just straightforward honest dealings. I just bought my sixth vehicle through Tobi and got well above what I was looking for at an incredible price, sound negotiations, and all concessions were expertly met.

There is no other place other than Labelle Dodge to buy a truck from !
My sales associate Tobi was very knowledgeable very courteous and she knew her product. Tobi answered all my questions and made sure I got a truck that not only fit my needs but fit my budget as well. So big shout out to Tobi and the rest of the staff at Labelle Dodge Chrysler jeep thank you .

Great dealership, but poor car service department etiquette. Every time I come in for my oil change the guys there are very rude and don't really answer my questions that I have for them about my car or anything in general, they just push the questions or concerns aside. I have the free oil change for life so I have to come come here for my oil change because if it wasn't I would not recommend their service department overall.

Love. Love. Love!!! LaBelle Dodge, is the absolute best. My husband and I were just able to buy our very first NEW vehicle and Tobi, Ricky and Anthony bent over backwards to help us!!! We had a unique situation, but that didn't matter. They did EVERYTHING they could to make sure we were taken care of! LaBelle Dodge will defiantly be my first and last stop next time we are looking for a vehicle to bring home!!! Thanks y'all for all that you did!

What a great car buying experience! Tobi with the Sales team went above and beyond to make this deal work. The finance department was friendly and helpful as well. I have also had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Department for my oil changes since I purchased my 2014 Jeep Patriot, what a great team!

I called ahead and spoke with John Ramos and while they didn't have the vehicle I originally wanted, John was able to find a vehicle that had more to offer and turned out to be much of our liking. He got the vehicle of my choice ready and detailed. We drove 42 miles and got there at minutes after 12 and left at 3:40. While at this dealer ship everyone was very friendly. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and we were able to make a decision with no pressure. They gave us a really good price on our trade off and the best part was that is was a one stop Shopinsurance, financing and license plate all obtained at the dealership. Overall the service was great and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a deal accompanied by great customer service. P.S. Didn't give five stars as the location was far but that was by our choice and very much worth it.
