A good place to stay at a reasonable rate for Santa Barbara. clean rooms, nice staff and good free breakfast. on a main road so you may need ear plugs.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience here. All of the staff we encountered were helpful, friendly, and courteous, starting immediately with the desk team. The room was clean, and comfortable, with a nice view of the inner courtyard/pool area. The room/shower/lavatory layout was spacious, and perfect for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was hot and tasty, and the coffee was delicious. No complaints from us, only compliments. Keep up the good work, and maintenance of the facility. We fell in love with Santa Barbara, and if we ever return, we will stay at this La Quinta.

Clean, modern, comfortable. I enjoyed the free breakfast. My only complaint is the layout of the bathroom, with the toilet and sink being in full view of each other. Otherwise I have no complaints. It's right on State Street, close to shopping and food. Parking was easy and convenient.

Arrived right at check in time and staff made us wait nearly an hour while the room was cleaned (initial estimate was a half hour). Front desk staff was not very apologetic and the experience started our stay out poorly. Luckily our room was almost perfect (bathroom door in the king suite was not designed for privacy), location was good, pool was slightly heated, ac was cold. The rate was much better than everywhere else we looked.

Very nice hotel. Great for an overnight stay. A bit aged but in good condition. The rooms were clean and tidy. The complimentary continental breakfast was more than sufficient. Excellent parking available beneath the hotel.

We visited the La Quinta inn pool to see some friends before a wedding. The pool is in great shape and the staff was very accommodating. They made sure we were taken care of and helped organize our large group. There was also plenty of free parking for guests and visitors.

Great price. Clean. Recent remodel. Small breakfast but you can find something that will suit your diet (yogurt, cereal, eggs, bacon, fruit, oatmeal, waffles). Has rooms that allow dogs but these rooms are separate from the main building which I think is nice because not everyone appreciates having dogs around. There's even a little potty spot for the pooch. They've thought of everything!
