It would have been a nice experience had it not been for the asian beetles in my room. They were crawling all over the ceiling and flew on me. I killed several of them and they just kept coming in from somewhere. I even got one crawling on my bed pillow when i was about to lie down. Awful experience with the bugs. You all need to do something about those asian beetles. Not a good experience.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Douglasville near Arbor Place Mall. First off, it was a great deal in comparison to nearby places with rating that were not so appealing. The trip was predominately to spend a Sunday at Six Flags. The easy drive to the park was about 15 mins mostly interstate. These accommodations were perfect. The rooms were clean, the beds comfy and plush, with coffee, frig and microwave in rooms, and an ice maker and drink machine on every floor. The King room was a little roomier than the double bed room and the King was equipped with a full sized office desk and chair. Both rooms had a comfy chair and ottoman for relaxing before bed. The breakfast was awesome....much more than expected. Not just your regular complementary bar but also offered boiled egg, scrambled egg, sausage, and real cooked bacon. I was so impressed. The decor was inviting and modern, and the employees were noticeably pleasant and friendly. When we arrived they had our rooms ready and next door of each other...and we didn't even have to request it. It was a nice touch that we had not expected and really came in handy for us. This place is a real find! You won't be disappointed.

This 10 year old, 5 story hotel has had recent remodeling, and is quite up to date. It is dog friendly. It has a lovely pool with a lift chair for the disabled (as have all the La Quinta's that I have stayed at recently). It offers both a hot breakfast, with bacon, sausage and eggs, as well as waffles, cereal, muffins, etc This La Quinta also has a drip coffeemaker instead of instant or percolator. Friendly staff and multiple luggage carts complete a very attractive inn.

This La Quinta location was very good. The room was very clean - The bed was very comfortable - The hotel was spotless - the breakfast was very good - they has everything we wanted - hot food (eggs, sausages, etc.) - a good selection of cereal, yogurt, pastries, and was very clean. We noticed that there was some to keep all the items stocked up. The staff at the desk, especially Jennifer was excellent and gave us all the help we needed. It is also very close to many restaurants and gas stations as well as other services. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

It's a great hotel to relax and refresh! After a long day stuck in traffic -- 4 hours on 75 from Dalton, Georgia down to Atlanta (Stone Mountain)! Grounds and building were clean, wonderfully kept, and clean smelling! Air conditioning nice and cool! Spacious breakfast area! Check in went smooth and quick! Thanks to the lovely lady at the desk on Tuesday evening. Well! We stayed another night just because it felt so good resting in those fluffy cloud soft pillow top beds! Ahhh 😊

Very clean. Comfortable rooms and beds. Breakfast standard fare. Staff very friendly. Cookies or popcorn at check in. Pet friendly at no extra charge. They frequently do family reunions here, so the lobby usually has lots of people sitting around especially on the weekends.

The room was clean, the staff was excellent especially Amy. We had a very nice room on the second floor, the toilet was in need of repair and it was done the following morning. They announced that there would be some renovations being done Sunday morning. We cut our stay short as we were unable to get any rest with the constant noise.

The staff was exceedingly friendly, and I was excited to be given a bag of cookies and popcorn when I checked in. This is a clean hotel, and since it's just off the highway, perfect for travelers.

Very upset with this hotel. They put me on the 4th floor right under construction so all I hear is them scraping the floor and putting tile down. So much for sleeping. I drove in from overnight so needed to sleep in but nope. Waaaaaay too loud. Why would they put me in this room KNOWING they are laying tile literally directly above me! It's SO loud! I won't be staying here again! Plus I have my dog with me and he keeps barking at the noise.

Really friendly staff. Clean decent size rooms. Only complaint is that the air conditioner doesn't kick very hard. I've had it set to full blast on 60 degrees since I got here and the room is still hot.
