  It was raining cats and puppies when we arrived at the December RV Show. Gabby and Jon met us with cart and umbrellas and immediately we knew that we were in good hands. We decided to hoof it and Jon listened to our criteria as we explained we were "done" hitching our Whitehawk, and wanted a Class C, with a walk around bed that we could easily tour in. We saw several different floor plans, but quickly settled on a new Chateau 22B. It was the best of all worlds. One problem was the tank flush location, but Jon didn't hesitate to solve the problem with the installation of automatic valve flushes. The trade in process was painless, and the financing was outstanding. We took possession the following week, after more than a 2 hour, fact filled orientation. Gabby had great follow-up, and Jon came in on his day off to be certain our delivery went smoothly. We are extremely pleased with the crew at La Mesa Rv. The sales, orientation and financing staff, everyone was there to make it happen for us. We are delighted with our new home on the road

  We purchased our 2nd RV from La Mesa RV in tucson and it was an easy and amazing experience.
  After purchasing one unit from “Toms Camperland” which was a horrible experience( RV is broken and after 6months still haven’t fixed, super unprofessional and poorly managed) we were looking for a better dealer and La Mesa RV nailed it. When we had small issues they were quick to help us to get them fixed, everyone was accommodating and professional. Special thanks to Ray, Chris and Carlos for taking care of us each time. We will def be back!

  I recently purchased my first Class A motorhome from La Mesa RV. Leslie St. Martin was my sales person. You cannot find a more caring and concerned sales person. She made me feel confident about handling this new, very large, RV, especially since I am on my own with this rig. Since the rig was purchased used, the service team has been very responsive in repairing all the small issues that came with the rig.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. My 2022 heartland milestone I bought from them is absolutely garbage. They obviously never checked it for any sort of water leaks, and they definitely did not even attempt to operate the slides, or they did and it was jacked up and still sold it to me anyway. I’ve owned this RV for two weeks and every day it’s been something go wrong. After one day of owning it I had a huge water leak, and I’ve had the whole underbelly filled with water three times and other leaks like under the stairs on the inside of the RV under the stairs and now the wall is separating from the floor. The awning has acted funny since I’ve had it and today it won’t even go in straight. The general manager won’t even talk to me and wouldn’t multiple times when I’ve asked to. This place has the worst customer service !

  Wife and I had the best purchasing experience ever. Gabby (spokesperson) patiently showed us practically the entire lot (not kidding)
  They have a great variety of different types and classes.
  We are very satisfied and proud new owners of an RV.
