  We went here last year, for a Christmas party, also. Not a pizzeria, but a banquet hall and restaurant. Food was delicious and service was great.

  The waiting staff was very good and quick. The food was delicious and just the right amount. Not some over the top amount. The place was very nice and clean and nicely decorated. Not gaudy or obnoxious. Tasteful. I spoke to the wife of the founder very briefly and she was very personable. I was there for a funeral dinner and everyone was mindful of that fact. I would return at anytime and have sang your praise to several people so far. Thanks for a nice time. P.S. I had a very good wine I never heard of before . It began with the letter M . And it was delicious. Thanks.

  I was there tonight. First time we were there was about 4 months back for my sons First Holy Communion luncheon. Everything was phenomenal. My son and I go in there tonight just for a quick bite to eat just because we wanted something Italian. The food was great. We saw her server twice we spoke to the busboy more than we did our server. He never came back to check and see how our meal was thankfully it was perfect. He never came back to even refill our Waters. I would have ordered at least one more appetizer two desserts and a double expresso for myself but I was so disappointed in the service I got the check paid and left. Now being in the industry I couldn't not tip the server but he truly did not deserve it at all he took her order I believe even the busboy delivered it. We got there at quarter after 5 and we were the only table sitting at that time. Very disappointed. At the same time kudos to the chef in the kitchen staff. It's a shame it might be the last time we grow back.

  Don't let the name fool you, the dinner section serves outstanding food, there is entertainment that provides great background music (oldies & requests). Always have had a good time, a bit pricey but overall worth it in.

  Prices are fair and most of the food is good but some items are noticeably less well made than others. Overall quality could be more consistent but I would still recommend La Cena.

  Our family, a group of more than 30 people, enjoyed a Saturday afternoon luncheon at La Cena. Every course was delicious. We had nice crusty Italian bread, a tasty mixed greens salad, great pasta, fantastic entrees including Filet Mignon or Chicken Parmigiana with fresh cooked vegetables and mashed potatoes, a chocolate mousse dessert and coffee. The service was great and the staff was quite pleasant. I would highly recommend La Cena for your dining enjoyment.

  Quite a hit with the over 60 crowd. My +1 and I were CLEARLY out of the age range of this establishment.

  Don't be deceived by the "Pizzeria" in the name. This is a nice restaurant, and the service and food I recently enjoyed there was excellent. I don't recall the name of the dish, but the salmon I had was prepared perfectly.

  I ordered from grub hub & La Cena cancelled my order. I didn't find out until an hour later when I was wondering where our delivery was. My card was charged, it's 7:30pm & we have no dinner. Thanks a lot La Cena. I called & the woman who answered the phone screamed in my ear "it's not my fault" & said my order was cancelled because I'm not in their delivery area. They want to blame grub hub but they should make sure people who aren't in their delivery area can't order & PAY for nothing! I was told it could take 2 weeks for my money to be refunded. News flash La Cena, the RIGHT thing to do would have been to just make an exception & deliver the food "outside of your delivery area" since I already paid for it.

  I just recently had our rehearsal dinner here the night before our wedding. It was convenient to our venue and having grown up in Bensalem I knew this place was a staple. The food was phenomenal. I had Caesar salad, vodka pasta, and filet mignon. All were delicious. My whole family raved about how good everything was. The staff was extremely accommodating and our section felt private even though they were open for business.
