  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!! ONLY REASON THEY GOT 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I HAD TO RATE THEM TO WRITE A REVIEW! I needed a full set so I showed them what I wanted and the lady said okay. Half way through her putting the tips on, she switched with a male. He finished the rest of the process. I had to show him the shape I wanted and he nodded his head. As he was cutting the tips to make them rounded, I let him know they were not even and even crooked. He looked at me again and said "yes, I see". He fixed ONE! He puts the acrylic on SOOO thick. I tried to get him to file the sides a little because it made my nails look really fat. He did it on a few but stopped and I looked at them, they were still terrible. I said this is nothing what I wanted! He literally looked at me and said "That will be $28." I was so mad! I walked out after paying. I then decided to call and speak with the owner, he had me come in to compare my nails with the picture of what I wanted. He told me there was nothing he could do about it because it "basically" looked the same! IT DID NOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO LOOKING THE SAME!!! Then he offered to change the nail polish for $18. I was so mad that I already gave this company my money to begin with and I told him I'll take my money elsewhere! Also while I was there, there was no other customers and the employees were all sitting in the chairs watching a movie. This movie was SO loud I literally could not hear my friend right beside me. I absolutely REFUSE to give them a penny ever again. I had to go to a meeting at work with werewolf claws because of this place! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

  Best nail salon I have EVER BEEN TO! and I have traveled all over the US. I am so satisfied with my service. They gave me water to drink, my technician was very thorough.this will be my new regular spot!

  Beyond excellent customer service. The salon is very clean, neat, and bright. Been here since November and no one beats this place. Definitely my new nail salon home.
