Wow what can I say. Just the most rude employees I have dealt with in a while. Do not waste your time with these people. There are many other realtor companies you could use. Way to forever loose a customer.

We love renting from ERA in Fernandina. They have always been so wonderful to our entire family and very professional. They are knowledgeable about everything on Amelia Island and even surrounding areas for day trips. We look forward to renting from them again.

Many thanks to Kamie Fournier and ERA. Kamie went above and beyond the call of duty in helping my wife and I purchase a condominium in Fernandina Beach. We are retiring to Fernandina Beach from Georgia and she helped make our life dream come true! We have truly been blessed!

I've had the same excuses that Barbars Sed experienced with some pregnant woman in the main office when renting. My family and I came to Amelia Island for a family reunion a few months ago. When we entered our rentals for the week, neither were cleaned at all and the trash was still in the bins. We called the office to complain and had the same experience, the woman who should've compensated for our many inconveniences acted very unprofessional, rude and treated us as a bother. Never will return to that place again.

We recently rented a house from ERA Reality in Fernandino Beach for a week and highly recommend that you use another company to visit Amelia Island. After hurricane Irma cancelled our plans to be in the Keys last week, we had several friends suggest we visit Amelia Island. We contacted ERA and was told that there was very little damage on the island and rented a home on South Fletcher. We asked all the right questions and was told everything was great at the house we were renting, including that they had Cable and Internet services. We arrived and were told at checkin, also, that we had cable and internet and were given the passwords (that turned out to be incorrect had it even worked). We had neither! When we visited ERA on Monday, the property manager basically could have cared less about the cable and internet, or the fact that a mirror had fallen off the wall in the master bath and that both trash cans were completely full and smelled. Her answer to us after we expressed extreme dissatisfaction was, "I don't have time to walk through every house before it's rented to check on things"! They did take the mirror that had fallen, never replaced it, we had to use a neighbors trash since ours was never picked up and WE had to get the cable fixed finally 5 days into our vacation - Internet never worked, which exhausted our personal data and coast us overage. Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to rent property on Amelia other than ERA, they are far below acceptable to deal with.
