The staff at Paws and Claws are so friendly and welcoming. I am new to the area and was looking for a place I could trust with my fur babies and I'm so happy to say I found it! They were willing to answer all my questions and were extremely thourough. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for great care for their animals.

Owners bewarethey pre charge for services they do not complete, and they refuse to credit or refund. If you have any compassion for your furry family member DO NOT EVER leave your animals here over night, or for boarding. Where do I start? Ok, left my 2 female dogs for boarding, the next day the dogs had high anxiety said the staff so they sedated the dogs, none of the toys left for the dogs were given to them as all the tags were still on them. They were kept in a small exam room in two 3x5 plastic divided pens, when I dropped them off the room was very very hot. My dogs were given narcotics to sedate them and then left alone overnight for 12 hours without any medical supervision, outdoor breaks or proper ventilation. The staff on Saturday and Sunday said they periodically come back to the building and check on them. So what happen if there was some medical emergency from the medication they gave them? Or a fire? Or one simply got sick and no one was there for them. They were dehydrated when I picked them up, extremely stressed, had diarrhea, looked like they hade t eaten the entire time. I had to cut my trip short by 3 days because staff failed to communicate with me about getting some to pick the dogs up, and staff didn't return calls when the dogs were left alone for the weekend. This is the most terrible customer sergice, and dog care I have ever witnessed. There treatment of my dogs in my opinion is a pure case of neglect and cruelty to animals. I always wondered why this place was always empty, now you know why. I was genuinely fearful for my dogs lIves and health. You would think the doctor would have come out and spoke to you and explained everything, I got no explanation for the neglect and mistreatment of my furry family members. I will be filing a complaint with Kingsland Police Department and the Georgia State Board of Veterinary Medicine demanding a complete investigation.

Love Dr. B she is so sweet to my zoo! She even tolerates my 4 lb chihuahua who has no problem biting anyone that she doesn't like!

Usually not very busy but I still find myself waiting for a while. Care is good, but the few times I have tried to use there boarding they said they were booked.

Hands down, the best vet clinic in the area. Dr. Bolduc is amazing with my animals! I love how she gets right down in the floor with them, gets to know them, and never forgets anything about them. The staff are wonderful, too. They have always treated my animals with gentleness and care.

I very much like the clinic, doctors, and the staff. Always clean when I bring my fur baby in. Prices are fine. Only disappointment is they need to get the grooming side going. I wish I could have one place that does everything. Hire someone already. Every clinic besides you in the area has someone so, I'm thinking it may be your fault that it's not up and running yet. Check around town and find what the standard is and move towards getting the doggie spa going. I don't use boarding so I can't rate that but would hope you have it up and running. Most owners would like a one stop shop for their fur babies. Also, your rating system is weird. It makes you give it 5 stars in order to leave a comment. Obviously, you need to correct your website so clients can correctly rate you. I would give you a 3 and not the 5 I had to click to leave this comment. If I could bring Penny Lane is for grooming/boarding I'm sure you would be a 5. Thank you. Oh afterwards it allowed me to edit the rating from a 5 to a 3.

I am 100% satisfied with all of my visits to date. Dr. Bolduc is very easy going and was able to work my dog in on very short notice for an emergency. Prices are middle-of-the-road for the area but service is certainly at the top. Unless things take a dramatic turn for the worse, I will be going to Paws & Claws for as long as I can.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE PAWS & CLAWS!! THEY HAVE TREATED MY GIRLS SO WELL AND THE SURGERY FOR MY TWO WERE WONDERFUL.. THE DR. IS WONDERFUL AND I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE?? THE STAFF IS SO WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL..

COST TO MUCH !!! Then my kitten died anyway . Never again !
I took my kitten in , they looked at it and they gave me meds for it . I did what they said and 4 to 5 days i found she had died anyway and I will never know why $140.00 for nothing .response / report this review -

Worst clinic so far in my 6 years living here. Thought I would try them because I live across the street. You hardly see the vet. Work done mostly by technicians. They give you the bill first which in my case contained many unnecessary items. Still no vet looked at my cat. No matter how much I asked to see the vet they continued to just work on the bill. Items on bill not needed were, thyroid blood test, intravenous hook up for cat, and extended stay. I immediately took my cat and went back to where I usually go and that was Integrity clinic, probably the last of the old time honest vets. Blood test was done immediately while i waited. Said I did not need intravenous or thyroid test. Got meds and injections to fix the cat and the bill was WAY lower that it would have been at P&C.

We LOVE Dr Jennifer and we are sooooooo glad she has her own practice.
She has taken such amazing care of both of our Corgis and I recommend her
services to everyone.
