Went to pick up a couple parts for my Mazda. The front counter reps at the salt lake location were extremely helpful and hilarious. Definitely would come back again!!:)

Horrible horrible experience. I ordered a window regulator for the back door of my car and paid for it over the phone when I ordered it. I waited 4 days for it to get there. When I went to pick it up it was the wrong part they ordered one for a front door. So they reordered the part and said they would ship it directly to my house free of charge. Which was going to take another week to get. Today I come home and find a "sorry we missed you" from ups. It says that action is required and there is a c.o.d. of xx.xx (the price of the part) that has to be paid by money order or cashiers check to the delivery driver. I called ups to find out why I needed to pay the driver they said LKQ requested I pay for the product upon receipt of it. I called LKQ since the part was already paid for. I was told the wrong box got marked and that's why it's showing that I need to pay the driver. I was then told my only options were to pay UPS and wait for a refund from LKQ or they could have it returned to the location that shipped it and have it reshipped the correct way. I am not confident I will not get the refund since they have done nothing right for me so far.

2 days later I finally get the right part and it's missing one tiny piece that is very important. The piece is held on by rivets. It had to be drilled out and these jackasses drilled holes so big that we can't even try to put the old one on it.

I'm so disgusted with the quality of service I have received from this company. My husband who has recommended a lot of people to them over the years even said he will never recommend them to anyone ever again.

Fantastic availability of new and used auto parts. Plus the used parts come with a 6 month warranty. I've ordered several parts from used engines to new body panels and have always bee pleased with them. Cody is my salesman and he treats us right.

Customer service is almost non existent. Slow. Long wait times. Some of the staff is knowledgeable. Seems like alot of people just getting paid to make small talk and stand around. Parts are reliable for the most part.

Horrible phone support. I called asking about a part for a certain car and the guy was extremely rude on the phone and kept chewing his chips right next to the mouthpiece.

I got my engine at LKQ in Springville a couple of years ago, and it still works great. The price, engine, and service was great.

the phone system, the customer priority is really bad, trying to get a hold of a sales person is the worst. Keystone and LKQ merge has been a disaster since the beggining

I don't know how this is a publicly traded company. You call them a dozen times and they never answer. They don't have a call center or any way for you to talk to someone. They also have all commission paid sales reps. If you talk to four different people they will give you four different prices. All $$$$ motivated. Don't buy their stock, don't buy their used parts.
