Not the greatest section of LAX. TSA was garbage, as expected, but I had prechecking which was fast and convenient. No shoes to take off. It was pretty busy and felt small, in capacity, for some odd reason. Staff was informative and somewhat knowledgeable in where certain stores were. Almost all charging stations were packed and occupied. The process for the departure however was smooth with ease. This was due to the quick system Air Canada had in boarding the plane for flight.

Too crowded and Traffic. LAX should be improved. Learn from other airports.

LAX is highly inefficient. No rail access, private cars blocking the street. Ridiculous! Look at Europe or Asia how to operate an airport at excellence.

They’ve definitely improved the look and feel over the last couple of years with renovations. Food choices are better but not great. Most of it is over priced so stopping by a TJ’s for snacks is recommended.

Not a bad airport terminal. Newly remodeled. A bit cramped for the Air Canada departures.

Delta just keeps making LAX worse and worse. Horribly overcrowded terminal with not even close to enough seating. Food options are terrible and outrageously overpriced. At least they have a Starbucks but it is tiny and woefully slow. I prefer terminal 6 over terminal 5 but that's not saying much. Arriving in terminal 6 expect a miles long walk to baggage claim and a lot of confusion about where your bag is.

No charging stations, not even plugins. WiFi is spotty. Not very good for 2017.

No real food. Sandwiches, pizza, deep fried ick.
Ended up getting tortilla soup. Over- spiced tomato base with 2 lumps of avocado and 6 mass produced tortilla strips. Gross!!! Still gag thinking about it.

New Terminal for Delta flights. Long walk to baggage claim and the baggage claim turnstiles are not numbered. The food and drink options are nice as well as shops.

    Disaster.
There is no wifi at this airport.
There are no electrical outlets to charge your phone at this airport.
    Minimal connectivity to cell service.
Do not expect to make a connecting flight at this airport as the terminals may be kilometres away without transit, only walking outside.
Do not use this airport if possible, very poor customer service or interest.
Too many flights to accommodate without major delays.
TSA has less than 30% staff necessary to process this many people.
Minimal climate control in a very hot location.
