Great, great, great customer service. I do not travel frequently by plane, and the people here were eager to help. Lethia from Southwest and Deon who works the late night sanitation shift were awesome! The other people that work here are nice too

I like this airport because it is small, clean, runs like clockwork and the Harvest and Grounds restaurant is great. I wanted to give them a review, but they don't seem to have a Google presence yet. I have the airport 4 stars instead of 5 only because they are adding some "food services" and they have already put this on signs, but they aren't open yet, so travellers follow the signs in vain. The existing food services are good however.

Thanks United Airlines Reservations Center Great Service, Great Flight!!
Once again United did phenomenal job start to finish! The booking process was a breeze. All the staff both onboard and off were professional and helpful. The flight itself was ahead of schedule both ways. We opted for the extra legroom, it’s well worth the extra money.response / report this review -

I would give this airport 10 stars if I could. Easy access from Freeways.Nice clean,fast curb to gate time. Great parking. Best thing is there staff and management. They really care. Had the pleasure of meeting with some of them this week. Besides being treated like family ,they were eager to have suggestions to improve. If you have not been to there new lounge Escape you are missing out. Great job ONT ! Keep up the great work !

Mixed feeling.
A very small airport for international flight. So the good side is easy access, short line in immigration, much easier than going through LAX.
But once you are in the arrival hall, you are in the mid of no where. I waited 30 minutes to get a bus to rental car. At certain point of time I was even wondering if the bus is on duty or not.response / report this review -

Love this airport. Such a great alternative to LAX - it's mad easy to navigate and you can get through very quickly. Security is a mixed bag, some of the guys seem to have a perverse joy about them when they go through your stuff, but overall this place has never left a bad taste in ny mouth.

This is a great small airport it is so much easier to fly out of here than drive to LAX as long as it services your destination you will be golden. Security was a breeze and the airport was not crowded when I arrived. I would 100% fly out of Ontario again.

Worst airport experience EVER!!!! The security is insane!!!!! Beware that you have to dump ALL of your water!!!not even a single drop. First of all, it is incredibly slow, almost eveyone before or after me with carry a bag got checked. One lady wait there and her flight literally leaving in 10 min but they won’t speed up but to scan slowly..I only have a little no more than 10ml water in my water bottle, the lady gave me the most rudest face said I need to dump my bottle or go through the security check point again with ALL my luggage. I do not have the option to drink the water or dump the water out by them. I mean do you really need to do this???? My flight thankfully leaving after half an hour but I have rush since it’s already boarding and I have to go through the hassle check point again. I try to negotiate to she won’t listen. Only says security policyI didn’t give up the bottle because it’s a bottle that my boyfriend give me for present.so I decide to go through the check point againShe walk me out of security check point with the slowest step. with knowing I’m in a hurrystared me like I am a terrorist. YOU SURE!??? Chinese women looks that suspicious to you??
Omg really bad experience only the security point lady. Other people at security though they are slow but really nice. The southwest check in lady is super nice too.response / report this review -

Second to the best International Airport in So Cal (in my opinion). First is SNA (John Wayne aka Orange County). Super user friendly, quiet, easy easy easy. Only out of extreme desperation do we use LAX over these airports!!

Days before Valentine's day I was flying from Ontario to San Francisco for a small awesome getaway to Napa, but thanks to security services at the gate my trip was instantly ruined before it even started. With their stone age scanner that apparently advised them to check my pelvic area, the lady then patted my butt and crotch plus down my legs. First of all get your act together. A dog and apes with a hand held metal detector would do a better job than your security staff, sexually harassing your travelers every time before they board a plane. Was physically sick as I boarded my flight to begin my great trip. LAX has really ruined Ontario Airport.

I've always had a pleasant time flying through this airport. It's small, easy to navigate, and accommodating to it's flyers. This review is solely for the SECURITY STAFF: Yesterday I was departing from Ontario and had a very frustrating experience. The belt was backed up with something that was stuck and the female security guard next to it was clearly annoyed that it wasn't working. She then proceeded to start piling every piece of people's luggage/belongings on top of each other to clear the belt. My laptop was on the bottom of this pile!! I literally watched her toss a bin with my carry on, shoes, etc on top of the bin that had just my laptop in it. So I quickly stepped in and ended up with arms full of other peoples belongings so they wouldn't be carelessly tossed on my computer or on someone else's. This was extremely careless of the guard, especially since she was taking the time to ask every single flyer if they had an electronic and was clearly aware as she watched us each put our laptops in their own bin. Then the male security guard got something to reach into the machine and clear the belt and forcefully shoved it at whoever's belonging was stuck. I hope it wasn't valuable, because the staff yesterday evening clearly did not have concern for flyer's belongings.

Close parking, easy pick up and drop off. At times, security is a bit understaffed, but they are fast and efficient. Always prefer Ontario over LAX. Good food and seating options while you wait for flights. Plenty of outlets for electronics.

I've never had a bad experience at Ontario out of several (10+) flights. Traffic is very manageable even at peak times. I can expect to show up 30 min. before a flight and get to the gate in time! The TSA agents that I've interacted with have always been helpful and polite.

Flew into Ontario, was really fast through Tsa on the morning I left. Really quiet and convenient for my first flight. I flew Southwest and had no issues, most complaints iv seen from this airport is with united. Someone who flew in for the meeting I was there for used United and he was delayed over 2 hours then missed his connection flight for almost another 6 hour delay. I would suggest researching the airline before using a smaller airport. I know someone who flies Southwest a lot from this airport without any issues. Was a very good first experience given my anxiety about flying.

All employees were very helpful and kind. Only issue was main elevators were out of order when I arrived and two weeks later leaving, they were still out of order. Where I live, if my apartment elevator goes out it has to be repaired immediately or ADA will step in. Thankfully the airport employees have access to the service elevator. It is a very long walk through some interesting (in a potential scene in a horror movie sort of way) areas of the airport. I'm very grateful to the men who pushed the wheelchair. That is some walk!

I would not suggest this airport. My flight was scheduled for 9:44pm and was delayed until 2:49pm the next day. I was told on the phone that I could reschedule for a 5:30 am flight going a different route. As I waited in line, I was asked by the customer service representative to wait until she helped customers who were getting on another flight that was delayed. I waited and waited and waited. By the time she came back to assist those of us waiting in line, the 5:30 am flight was booked. My only choice she said was for me to wait for the flight the next day or take a taxi to LAX for another flight. A taxi cost about $80.00. I paid extra for my ticket so that I would not have to go to LAX, because I thought this airport was small, easy in and out, and convenient. In the end, it's costing much more and has caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I was told by a woman waiting in line that her husband often travels from Ontario and his flights are typically delayed by about 3 hours. I should have known there were going to be issues when I commented to a TSA agent how impressed I was by how quick check in was and security and his response was yes it is quick to get to your gate but planes are often delayed to San Francisco.

This is an awesome airport if you're training to become a pilot and you're looking for Class B Airspace experience flew here in a solo flight and it's awesome. Great food around and great places to go in the area.

For a small international airport, Ontario International is big on service and quality. Speedy security checkpoint, terminal shuttles, and a decent mix of restaurants and a couple bars. Easy access by train and bus, and the whole experience was quite painless. Excellent.

Easily accessible for pick up and drop off. Since Ontario is much closer to me I try to fly out from there as much as possible. Flights are almost always on time and a lot of times are early because the task at the airport are so streamlined. The only issue that I have sometimes is the security check in but that's what you get these days.
