As a resident of both Hawaii and SoCal, I eat at L&L ALL the time, both back home in the Islands and here in Oside. I'll be the first to say, this place has still got it down! It tastes really similar to home, its never going to be as great as home, but my wife and I both agree that its 100% real L&L quality.

This place reminds me of my home on Big Island. Same exact amount on serving for the right price. Any other L&L I've been to here in Cali rips you off on the serving and more expensive. If you got a lot of time complaining about the food here, this place ain't for you. Go home and cook your own island grinds (food). The workers here are filled with smiles and Aloha. Keep it going.

Ate there just left and barely made it back to work in time to race to bathroom and still feeling ill, BBQ Beef was re-heated per owner- tasted/hard like beef jerky- when asked for fresh beef- owner said no, would take it and give $ back- we said no, on time limit, but would give it back after ate what was good (chicken). He pounded the counter & raised voice making a big scene. When giving food back we stated we wanted the $ back or we were contacting corp., his response was that they dont want to hear a bunch of cry babies, we handed the rest back- he took it and threw it across the room in the kitchen. Called corp. their discussing it with CEO and gave us info to contact them if get really sick ending up in emergency room for them to take care of everything.
