Lauren was a great help with finding our home. She knew the area well and when it came to the negotiation she was right there with great advise.
I had a wonderful experience with Keller Williams through our realtor, Lauren Bynum. She seamlessly guided us through the process of searching for, and ultimately buying a home, with kindness, patience, and knowledge. When we had questions or concerns throughout the process, she was readily available with information and options that felt above and beyond what she was required to do.
Horrible. No words.
I could not imagine a more incompetent rental department if I tried. Avoid at all costs.

KW Realty Elite Property Management is the absolute worst property management to come across if/when your unit starts to have problems. Their tenant portal does not work at all if and when you make a maintenance request. Moreover, if you call the main building door phone number too much to send your maintenance request due to the lack of an emergency maintenance number hotline that most apartments and complexes have, you will be sent a text message informing you and directing you to the number to use from a broker or realtor. No matter how many times you call, especially if you leave a voicemail providing name, number, apartment, and the situation at hand they will not call you back.
The lack of fully fixing issues and not answering the phone seems to be a constant issue with KW Elite Property management to be specific.
Another water problem that I had to face that has not been fixed along with the laundry washer water coming into my apartment from the upstairs unit.
Furthermore, if you have children or asthma problems. Please keep a record of all emails, voicemails, in person requests, and conversations unlike me.
And one day, I decided not to work overtime and came home and took a nap and woke up to the sound of it raining. The thing is, it was not raining, my apartment was flooding starting from the bathroom in the area where the vent had water damage randomly appear that I had stated and informed about before, that may have been prevented. In the span of approximately two hours my bathroom, hallway, main bedroom, bedroom closet, dining room, guest bedroom, living room behind tv and tv stand had water throughout.
So they eventually got a master key to get into the upstairs resident’s unit to turn off his toilet water, and began soaking up the water out of my unit. I had to finish it by mopping and letting my fan air dry the rest out. A few days later, they came to spray my ceiling to prevent mold and mildew from forming since the bathroom ceiling was at least 80% damaged with toilet water that had turned the ceiling brown. I was informed that they were going to come back Monday, to what I presumed as to fully fix or finish my ceiling. That Monday has never come yet, and it has now been a month since August 15, 2021. I am currently writing this on September 12, 2021. By the time I post this, I will be moved out and into my new apartment complex on October 1, 2021 by 11:00am.

To add an update. The water in my light fixture is still dripping into it. Additionally, due to the constant water exposure there is green blackish appearance on the exposed, paint peeled area around the light fixture. The big water stain in my kitchen that got sprayed to prevent mold and mildew has developed cracks, slight paint dips, and small pieces of the ceiling peeling away. There are slight staining, cracks, and a few bubbling areas on the floor's floorboard due to constant water exposure it had to deal with. My bathroom ceiling never got fixed, so that Monday it was stated to me that they would be coming back sadly never happened in the end. As I have previously stated, the only thing done to my ceiling in my bathroom as well was that It got sprayed to prevent mold and mildew; however, pieces of the ceiling are peeling, cracks have formed, and a brown spot with dots have emerged. Additionally, I have noticed that there black dotted residue on my vent in my bathroom. After seeing that, I decided to keep my a/c until I move, which isn’t going to help me out since I saw it quite late.
