  2nd time was not better than the first. This is twice in a row that my family has been disappointed by this place with cold food and a 40 minute wait on a call in and pick up order. And still that was wrong with missing items. How do you pass off a bun as Texas toast. Proof is in the pic.

  We have been there 2 times. First time, they were out of about half of their menu. Sides and steak. Literally half..
  Second time they were out of only a couple things.
  Both times there, the place was almost empty on Saturday evenings. 7pm the first time and 9pm the last time.
  With the place empty, you would think that you would get Hot food, but no, both times the food was barely lukewarm. Won't be going back.

  This experience was rough. Unfortunately the last few times I have been here have been shaky lately. Wanted to treat my father to a nice meal. The start wasn't too bad. 20 minute wait during dinner time. Nothing out of the ordinary. Got seated and it seemed to immediately go downhill. The server was already disgruntled. It's understandable but the day was still young. Got drinks, ordered. Nothing too bad still. Got salads. 30 minutes had passed. Still nothing. Finally got rolls at that point. Surely food is almost done? 30 minutes more and still no food. After an hour of ordering and still nothing it was definitely frustrating. And many other customers were feeling this way. Waited another 15 minutes and finally got the food. It was okay but once you've waited at 1:15 with poor service you kind of just want to eat and go home. A manager came by the table and said that "everyone" has been waiting that long for their food. Man that is tough! I can see why the customers were so frustrated. At the end of the day, I wish there was more open communication. When someone walks in, let them know right up front! It's very simple. Let them know you are short staffed, and the customers will most likely have to wait 45-60 minutes for their food. Sure it might make people walk out, but at least the customers know right away. Instead of sitting there and just getting "food will be out shortly" for 1:15. Please stay away from Logan's for a while. Let's all try this again in a couple months! Maybe Texas Roadhouse or Texas Corral are doing a bit better!

  We arrived at this location at 5:00 p.m. on Father’s Day and was seated promptly. The young lady that waited on us was efficient and friendly. The restaurant was not busy and there was lots of empty tables. The wait for our food to arrive after our order was taken was way over an hour. It arrived missing several items and one steak was supposed to be medium rare but was well done. We ordered baked beans which were great but they had green beans mixed in with them like someone used the same spoon for both items. I could totally understand if they were busy but 2-1/2 hours spent at a restaurant that isn’t even 1/3 full is ridiculous. We definitely will not be returning this location again.

  Was surprised when we arrived at 5pm on Father's day that the place was not busy. During the over 2 hours we spent there we realized why. Our appetizers came out okay. After the appetizers were gone we were told several times our food would be out shortly. Did I mention they were not busy? An hour went by after the appetizers before we got the meal. A couple of us did not even feel like eating when the dinner finally did arrive. There were issues with the meals. Medium rare steak cooked beyond well done. No bacon and sauce on burgers. Green beans that were mixed into the baked beans. There were 7 of us. 7 of us will not go back. I actually felt bad for the waitress. She was doing all she could.
