Had my car go in for inspection. My car just turned 10,000 miles. I was told that I needed rear brakes and rotors. I bought this car in 2019 with only 800 miles on it. Paid close to 600 dollars to have this work done. I was played! I feel violated. I did not hear any thumping or squealing that would indicate that I needed this work done. No one showed me the supposedly worn brakes and rotors. Also I barely put any miles on it. Not enough to pay for emissions! Will never use this place again.

I personally did not have my vehicle serviced here, but on Tuesday January 11th 2022, my boyfriends truck over heated on his way to work ! He works construction and his job site was about an hour away ! He has never had any issues with his truck or any other car so he did not know any good automotive shops ! We did research and asked around and this was the best place we found ! We paid 280 dollars for the tow to get the truck there. He was told he would be at least waiting a week or so until the truck could even be looked at. When we were speaking to the lady in the office she was very polite ! After, she realized my boyfriend had a warranty on his truck her attitude changed, but she asked the mechanic and owner if he’d still work on the truck. She came back and he said yes and we were all good to go. So, after a few days my boyfriend received a call on Friday January 14th 2022 and the woman said “ the mechanic has decided not to even look at your truck because of the situation and we just won’t do it”. So for days while we could have chosen another automotive shop his truck sat ! We have called several other places who now can’t even look at his vehicle for 2 or more weeks. We have a two year old son and I’m 32 weeks pregnant with our second child. My boyfriend needs to work and has been taking my vehicle ! How ever it leaves me stuck home with no vehicle for appointments or in case of emergency. We waisted our insurance tow getting the truck there and he then had to drive his truck home and hope it didn’t over heat for good and never start again ! We understand some places won’t work on vehicles with warranty’s, but we specifically made sure on Tuesday when the truck was brought in so we did not have this issue. We trusted the word of the mechanic and office lady. My boyfriend will now spend the entire weekend in the cold and possibly snow attempting to fix his truck so he has his vehicle! Would have expected more from a family owned business and with no negative reviews I wish I didn’t have to leave this !

The honesty and openness of the staff her is so very appreciated! I have never really loved anywhere I've taken my car until I found Kruegers. They are really good people who have great customer service!

Excellent work. I had a main fuse go out in my work car, a crown vic. No windows would go up, no power at all to them. It started to rain and I saw their shop and stopped. Within minutes they had my car in the shop and fixed the issue. Now it is working great. They came to my aid and without question, they took my car in and fixed it and the cost was very fair. I really want to thank these guys, they are great and they show their care for the customer .

Picked up a flat tire while working out this way. I just happened across this place and needed to get it fixed. I pulled in, told them what happened, they jumped right on top of it. Fixed the tire the right way, and sent me on my way. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Would definitely go back here if I was in the area. Great service.
