Was here just picking something up for work. I will say that the security was very nice and very helpful when I was there. They people I was picking stuff up from were also very nice. I know there is also office space for rent here as well.

The parking garage is the absolute worst, the walking path is always flooded, and the building is constantly having issues.

Property management is adamant that tenants should utilize their parking garage that is poorly designed for anything but small vehicles. The ramps require a sharp turning radius and the parking spots are undersized. I have had my vehicle damaged multiple times due to these issues. They own a parking lot across the street that is at roughly 50-60% capacity and refuse to let anyone park there. It should be obvious when people would rather park on the street in the rain rather than park in a covered parking garage that you have a problem. Stop making it worse.
