We used these guys for development of our commercial lot and they are truly a nightmare to deal with costing us millions of dollars in loss due to dragging the project for years. They have sordid, unethcial business practicses and very difficult to work with. Do your self a favor and stay away from these con artists dirtbags. All these fake 5 star reviews are by family/friends/employees.

HOA fee for $250 per month is not worthy at all, as the builder hasn't met the basic requirements, highly disappointed with absolutely no work from both builder and HOA company even after numerous follow ups.

Love the designs of the houses. We could definitely use that kind of architecture in Fort Worth. Most definitely recommend that you take a look at this builder.
