KrisCo Pools installed our inground swimming pool, hot tub/spa, and automatic cover. It was a complicated job and KrisCo worked with our contractors to complete the job timely, on budget, and at a high quality. We decided to continue to use them for regular maintenance and we're so glad we did. They are incredibly responsive -- their office staff always answers the phones with kindness and with a genuine desire to help. Their techs come quickly when any problem or need arises and they are super helpful at training us on the equipment. The pool maintenance crew are always respectful and do a stellar job keeping the pool and spa sparkling. Thank you!

As a first time pool owners, we needed a lot of help getting our pool to the right chemical balance. Bailey has been very patient explaining what each treatment does and helped get our pool ready for summer. He recommended cost effective treatments and responded promptly through the whole process.

KrisCo Pools and Spas has been servicing our outdoor Hot Tub for years now and we are extremely grateful for their professionalism and know that we can always count on them. Chema has been the technician who services our tub - he is very friendly, reliable and professional. They are quick to fix things if/when there are any issues which, is quite rare. We highly recommend KrisCo Pools and Spas!

We have had an exceptional relationship with KrisCo Pools & Spas and highly recommend their services. When we built our home in 2015, we used KrisCo to design our spa. Mind you, my husband is extremely picky when it comes to his hot tub! He likes it HOT and the jets extremely hard. KrisCo carefully took in all of our requests, picked my husband’s spot in the tub and built in the most jets in his spot, to his dimensions and where he wanted them.😊 Since designing our spa many years ago, they have serviced it weekly. We never have to worry about a thing, and when something needs repair, they take care of it quickly. In the few times we notice something is off- not quite hot enough or we are having trouble programming, they often are in the area and stop by. We have used other companies at a different home, and have not had the same level of care and service. KrisCo far exceeds our expectations.

Krisco has been very responsive to our maintenance requests, and we’re happy we have them as our regular service/maintenance vendor. We recently woke up to our pool water level being strangely low. The maintenance supervisor answered the phone immediately, and within two hours we had an experienced crew on site looking into the situation. It was fantastic, and just what we hope for in case we ever had a really big problem.

Their regular maintenance techs are always on time and I don’t think they have ever missed a regular service visit, no matter the time of year or weather. Our tech is always willing to explain what’s going on with the pool, and during swimming season kept the pool really nice for us and our kids.
