I called the check why my AC wasn't working. They were able to have Darryl out within a half hour. He called to let me know he was on the way. He was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. The service fee was fair and well worth it to have the AC running. I would highly recommend.

After calling for service it took less than 48 hours for our repair to be completed. We were treated with respect from our first call for service until the service was complete. We have lived in White Lake for 36 years and I can honestly say that it's a great feeling not thinking we were being taken advantage of.

Daryl from Krane was very professional and helpful. My furnace control board burned out and he showed up the same day, made a short term fix to ensure we're comfortable over a couple really hot days. He ordered a new board and replaced within a short time. Very satisfied.

Not the cheapest but that is okay as long as the quality is there. The new furnace looks clean, takes up less space, and works. Daryl did the initial inspection and the overall fix - both times he was great. The thing that wasn't okay is that the new installation came with a gas leak. The union for one of the gas pipes wasn't seated correctly following install. I went down to my basement where the furnace is located the day after the job and the smell of gas was awful and I had to turn off the gas/furnace. The techs did come out and fix the leak the next morning (14 hours after I called about it), unfortunately resulting in another cold night. Paying nearly $5,000 I would expect a full safety check from the installation crew prior to their departure.

Called them on Monday and Wednesday they installed a new furnace for us! Great quality and very professional staff! Could not be happier!
