Ross and his management team make me feel special every time I step through their doors. Have called beforehand and have personally picked out shoes to choose from that are best suited for me. I have literally run in and out in record time on the way to work..Their staff is amazing, Amy and Briane made me feel like Amazon will never reach standards Ross h. as set in his store. Thank you so very much ☺

Most of the time, I have a pretty good experience at Kohls, but today it took me close to 30 minutes to ring my transaction. The system kept shutting down and they had to keep transferring my purchase to another register. After doing this 3 times, my order ended up costing $4.00 more than the original tansaction. I tried to stay good natured about the whole thing, but felt pretty annoyed when it cost me $4.00 more to be patient. To make matters worse, I reminded the girl to enter my Kohls rewards number and she forgot. She said there was nothing that could be done and directed me to customer service. The man over there, Ross, claimed to be the manager, yet all he could do was tell me to call the number on the receipt when I got home. I just did and they told me to call back tomorrow! Seems like no one is able to assist. To make the whole thing even more bitter is the Kohls Cash I tried to use apparently had expired and they refused to honor it. Even the "manager" Ross refused to honor it with all system/clerk mess-ups. Left a pretty sour taste, as the store is usually known for customer service!

Kohls has good deals and kohls cash makes the deals even better. Overall their prices are probably too high, but with the constant sales it makes the prices much better. My wife has issues finding stuff she likes, but I like it. Also has a nice selection of things for the home and shoes.
