Department chain with a zillion coupon deals! One can find good, basic wardrobe staples at a reasonable price.

Great experience. I came here to return an Amazon product which was quick and easy and I was given a 25% off coupon. I found a fantastic tie on sale and was still able to use the coupon. Staff was very friendly.

This location often won't have clothing I'm interested in. Moorpark though will have plenty. Also this location is in an odd location to get to. Kind of set back.

It's not the floor employees fault but corporate needs to hire more associates to handle lines. It wasn't so much I had to wait but it's people having a excuse to complain and putting it on the floor guys. I've done retail jobs, they got enough to deal with already.

I have only been to the T.O location once and WOW! Execellent customer service from MIMI! I live in Oxnard and I will be traveling all the way to this store because of her! Her kindness along with her professionalism completely changed the way I once viewed Kohls, and I can't wait to see just how great customer service will be at this location :)

Great place to shop when you are a Kohls card holder and get the % off coupons. Lately I have found a lot of cute clothes there. Historically, it's hit or miss, but I have had good luck the last year or so. Very easy returns and friendly staff.

The selection is good. Prices are ok. They're always running sales. I like this store for their clearance section. Occasionally I'll find hidden gems. I say "hidden" because it's very unorganized. Make sure you have plenty of time to hunt.
