The people working are very courteous and helpful here. I returned some items on this particular trip but didn't buy anything and I'm glad I didn't. It's the weekend of no sales tax so there's a lot of people in line and not enough cashiers.

Shopped there today- well, tried to. Bought a cooker. No price displayed. I had already priced it out online so knew what the price was supposed to be anyway. Then I went to women's plus for some jeans. The entire department was a mess. Clothes not folded, everything mixed in with everything. It was difficult to find where said jeans were even supposed to be let alone anything I might like to go with them. Gave up. Other areas of the store were similar.

The good: Excellent selection of clothes at low to mid-range prices. Great place for finding casual wear and cheap jewelry that won't fall apart.
The bad: Messy, messy, messy. Clothes on the floor in the misses' department, especially around clearance racks. Way too much product on the racks made it hard to pull a hanger off. Hangers sticking out in all directions, sizes out of order. Hard to find what you're looking for.

If this Kohl's is anything like the one I worked for, it's understaffed, too. I went in on a Friday afternoon/early evening, and there was only one cashier, and I saw maybe 3 --4, tops-- associates on the floor in the men's, women's, and juniors' departments combined. They have to spend most of their time fixing the floor and probably have little time for customers.
