I had a very good experience when I went to exchange a pair of gloves I had bought from another Kohl's store. Two employees helped me at the customer service counter and one even came out to assist me when I could not locate the item. The store is also always very well maintained and clean.

I don't tend to find a lot that fits my taste here, and I find their prices run a little high. They do seem to have good sales and promotions though. If you're willing to wait for those and keep track of Kohl's Cash, you can get some pretty good values. The store is well laid out and the staff always seem friendly.

I've been here many times there is always a great selection of clothing, home goods such as decor and kitchen gadgets, and there is an electronics section with video games. The cashiers are always nice and the floor staff is always willing to help. The prices are reasonable and there are usually coupons in store however, some are only for those with Kohl's credit cards but there is a rewards program which is separate and no store credit card is needed.

Bought a few shirts that were heavily discounted in a clearance sale. For the price I paid they were acceptable - they don't hold their shape very well - but for $8 I can't complain. Had I paid the full $35 sticker price I'd have been very unhappy.

The biggest thing I dislike about this store is that, like so many others, there is absolutely nothing for people waiting for a partner to finish shopping. When my wife wanted to get some clothes and wanted my opinion I couldn't even find a place to sit down while I waited for her. So now if she wants to go clothes shopping we take advantage of the returns policy because waiting for any length of time is little more than an exercise in losing the will to live.
