Needed pants for work and went with the store brand (Croft & Barrow). Found 2 pairs that we're perfect but when I got to the register they rang up for $55 each! Name brands were selling for cheaper so I walked away. Very disappointed.

I like Kohl's pretty well for some merchandise that I want to be a cut above what big box stores offer. But just like Target and Meijer, you have to wait a long time to pay for your purchase. Unlike the former line for every active register, now customers are herded into one long line to practice patience until a register opens and you are called over. They never seem to have adequate cashiers on duty. Retail does not want to pay for adequate manpower anymore.

My wife found outfits for her Dad's memorial service and subsequent dinners that we'll be attending. Since we are here from AZ, it was nice to see same selections as back home. Checkout was fast and friendly. Only drawback is that their prices are rather high and their promotions "Kohl's Cash" should last until you want to use them, not expire on a certain date.

I stopped in the store yesterday and checked on returning or exchanging a pair of shoes that I bought many months ago because they were all coming apart on the outside and without hesitation without question and including I did not have my receipt on the customer service took care of the issue right away. This to me is what great customer service is all about thank you for taking care of my issue yesterday

It's hit or miss with the staff @ this location.

One of the few department stores that seems to keep on going. You can find really good deals here on discounts, but normal pricing is typically a bit high for the brands offered. This is purposeful so when they drop the price 50-80% they are likely still making money on a lot of the stuff. Doesn't bother me, just know how to place the game.

Come here often, a good friend worked here too, so I enjoy the service and I find what I need. Pricey but not too pricey so it practical for new wardrobe essentials.

Good location and a large store. The deals are usually comparable to the internet and they sell Nike which is a plus for me.
