Discrepancy with price @ the shelf & price @ the register. Only $5 , but a difference. Clerk called &had a person check the price. That person asked "was it brown?" ( Implying they we're @ the item). After several minutes, they agreed it was what showed up @the register ( I had already said, regardless I was buying it). I Did go back to look @ the item, after purchasing it. Amazingly enough the 50% off tag was no longer there..Classy

Nice clean store. It would be nice if all items that are alike on clearance racks are marked clearance! It's frustrating to get to the register with 2 identical items,and only one rings up at clearance price. Of course the cashier isn't helpful.

Prices usually 25 to 50 percent higher than other stores. When they have a sale they almost get to normal prices in competitions stores.

Expensive, and they seem to have "sales" that are actually just normal prices. I love their clothes but can only get things off their many clearance racks.

If you have seen one Kohl's you've seen them all. The only real difference are the colleges and sports teams on their active wear. It is reassuring that no matter where you are, if there is a Kohl's, you will know where everything is located.

Recent or updated store. Generally neat and clean. Mostly sells clothes, shoes, accessories, and housewares/decor, although this store has a small electronics section. Product selection in any area is not extensive but focuses on a few name brands and several discount labels. Extensive use of loyalty promotions and never-ending sales means the sticker price is never the real price and real bargains are elusive or obscured.
