This is a pretty nice Kohl's store. Always very clean. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is they often don't have enough cashier's when they are busy, leaving multiple lanes unoccupied while people wait.

Black Friday was crazy here, better off shopping online. Just to small of a store to handle large crowds during big shopping days and seasons.

This Kohl's has gotten worse every time I go in. The clothes are not folded. They are not hung on the racks properly. There are clothes all over the floor. They are thrown across the racks and shelves. We saw water bottles and trash every where. Last week when I went in, it was only 30 minutes after opening and it looked like a mob had been shopping. So you know it had been like that from the day or days before. I am seriously considering not shopping there anymore.

Last 3 times I have been at this location everything is a mess, you can't find anything because there is no organization and selection is very poor. This is one of the only Kohl's stores that I have walked out of empty handed. I love Kohl's but the Newark store is definitely not up to the standard I am used to from the kohls brand.

Poor customer service at this location. I lost a Kohl's cash coupon, but I still had the receipt from when it was issued. According to the kohls website, the lost Kohl's cash can be re-issued by the store as long as you have the original receipt. When I went to the store to do this, I was flat out denied by the employee at the service desk, and when I asked for a manager, she also denied me- did not even attempt to look anything up on the computer. It looked like she was too busy having a social hour with other managers, which I apparently interrupted. It's pretty bad when a store can't follow the rules of its own company.

The selections for every department are wonderful. And if you have a cc, those occasional 30% offs are amazing. Also the clearance sections will make any shopping there worth while.

No lines and fairly well organized. Some clothing presentations were too disorderly to find the size I was looking for. Was not greeted or offered help with the exception of at checkout. Good selection of kids clothing.

It can be a good deal, but the sales racks r so pack with hangers u can barely look thru the selection. Also the tags differ from the actual price so I put a lot back only to find out it was so much cheaper then posted.

I love Kohl's. They have the nicest items and you need the items on clearance or mark downs. Drake and Josh with short check out times when the best stores in the area.

As a company that prides themselves and has a reputation that is passed around by word of mouth by customers for being a very customer service oriented company and they will always do something to help a customer or make them happy I have to say my recent experience with them is the complete opposite and has now caused me to choose not to be a customer anymore. I left the store feeling as though no manager cared that I was unhappy with my visit. Not good. I suggest you shop elsewhere.
