  Very nice driving test instructor she was very sweet and helpful. She made me instantly less nervous with her sense of humor. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name.
  
  Now as for the wait time in the bmv office to pick up my liscense it was the opposite.

  Went at open, everyone was very friendly and quick. The building is a little in needing of an update but hey they were quick and that alone is worth 5 stars for a BMV!

  EXTREMELY rude customer service. They literally yell at people. You have to wait at least an hour no matter what you're doing and the workers seem like they hate their job.

  Just spoke to a young man on the phone about renewing my tags. He couldn't have been any more helpful and polite. Not only did he answer my question, but he also gave me a heads up about which line to get in to expedite my transaction. LOVE my local BMV!!!

  This office is a prime example of why Disney used sloths to represent them. They have poor customer service skills and no motivation to finish in a timely manor.
